Bought 3 azaleas with a great employee in their garden center. However, the check-out service there is not only slow but the customer service is not good. Was told at check out that mail-in coupons are only applicable for non-sale items, which is fine. However, when I purchased some additional topsail to apply the coupon, the customer service person had no idea where to pick-up and didn't communicate properly who I can go to obtain the additional product which I actually purchased already. Do better in the future, please take some training courses on customer service, especially if that is your job.

This place is big and has a large selection indoors and out! My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They can make recommendations and show you new items. The selection is very good, much larger than at a big box store.

Darwin and Gina were amazing, spending time to answer all my questions, and even though they gave me a generous store credit from something that died in the deep freeze years ago I was treated like someone who they cared about. I will be back!!

This nursery is awesome. They take great care of their plants and the staff is very
helpful and knowledgeable. I posted some pics of the plants I got at the Pikes on Holcomb bridge. As you can see, they are looking happy!

You spend $30 per plant we've bought 5. They're dead in 3 weeks and they tell us that there's no warranty. Except trees and shrubs definitely will never buy any more flowers or plants from them. Full sun and plenty of rain water, and here we are wasted money.

Worst customer experience ever today at this Pikes location. My wife and I every year spend thousands of dollars in our yard at Pikes during springtime. Upon checking out at the register, our cashier Neil was so rude it warranted this post. My wife was trying to explain to him on the amount of a certain flower we had in the cart to be sure we were charged correctly. As she was explaining, he told her to stand back and he would take over counting. He acted like we were trying to scam him out of something. Knowing his count was wrong, we looked closely at the receipt in the car only to realize he overcharged us for plants we did not purchase. We had to go back in the store and wait in line again because of his ignorance! I can promise that all of our future business will go elsewhere! That guy should be terminated!! How rude!

I went in to find small plants for teacher’s gifts. I was warmly greeted as I walked in. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, as they helped point me to areas where I could find what I needed and offered suggestions on what works best based on light and water needs. I walked out very happy with my experience here. John was so kind and helpful. Thank you!

I had come in to stock up for my annual "Pansie-palooza" when I hit a snag, literally! My distressed jeans got caught on a stray metal edge and I ripped one pant leg 90% of the way off. I was so embarrassed... Kaitlyn saw me struggling to rip them off the rest of the way. Not only did she make sure I was okay, she got out a pair of shears and helped me get unstuck. She should have been a fashion designer because she evened them out and these are my new favorite jorts! I came out feeling as beautiful as my pansies! I guess this is what Pikes means when they care for the community! :)
