I recently had two extremely disappointing experiences at Piedmont Urgent Care that have left me frustrated and disillusioned with their service.The first incident occurred when I had a chainsaw accident. Despite the severity of my injury, which required 20 stitches, I was sent away without any treatment while blood was gushing from the wound. I had to seek medical attention elsewhere, which was not only inconvenient but also alarming given the urgency of the situation.Today, I returned to Piedmont Urgent Care, hoping for a better experience, but I was sorely disappointed. I sat in the waiting room for nearly two hours in pain, despite there being no other patients waiting. The environment was unpleasant, with a super cold room and loud music blasting, making the wait even more unbearable. To make matters worse, I could see the nurses and doctors casually gossiping and drinking colorful drinks for a significant portion of this time, rather than attending to patients.Ultimately, I left without receiving any help once again. Based on these experiences, I strongly suggest that others skip this location due to their slow service and unpleasant waiting area. It's clear that patient care is not a priority here, and I would not recommend relying on them in times of need.

I did not have a good experience the receptionist let someone with a 9:30am appointment go before me and my appointment was at 8:30am I was in so much pain to confront the issue. Please talk to her !!

We have had three family members sick the past few months. We were told “it’s a sinus infection, or it’s a virus” after a few days of progressively getting worse, we’ve had to go over to our primary care physician by Northside Hospital who diagnosed each of my family Members differently and prescribed medication. The family members started to recover after seeing the primary care physician . Not sure we will visit this urgent care moving forward.

Recently, I visited Piedmont Urgent Care and I had an exceptional experience. The nurse was professional and caring. Dr. Yazdi was equally very professional, personable and caring. I definitely recommend this location.
