I've shopped here for years and have never been treated as anything but nice, respected, and felt that I was helped as friendly and professionally as possible with my requests as a customer. Reynolds and Bonnie have always been especially nice and friendly. This a great store, great clothes, and the staff here is all that you can ask for.

Absolutely, poor customer service with today’s crew. I went in to buy something specific and luckily I knew exactly what I wanted. If I didn’t really want to purchase this item I would have taken my business elsewhere. Atleast the young lady that checked me out was very customer friendly. The guy working with her skipped me in line and checked what I assume to be one of his regular customers out ahead of me even though I was standing at the register. I failed to get his name unfortunately. He was not customer focused at all.

Had a lovely experience working with Reynolds on a work-related order. She was attentive and helpful. She managed the issues we were having with our order initially with great care and consideration. I would gladly work with her and this store again.

Yes, it's Wednesday. We fly out Saturday for my other son's wedding.I went in with my son to get a nice outfit. Wedding is not formal.Demetrious Pitt was absolutely essential to theprocess. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. My son ended up with a gorgeous jacket, 3 shirts, slacks and pocket square.Perfect customer service!!Made it so easy. I appreciate you, Demetrious.

On June 8th, I visited for the first time the Peter Millar store at Avalon in Alpharetta. Demetrius Pitt’s customer service was stellar and the sole reason we returned to the store. We were so impressed with the experience we purchased additional items. He was able to guess my husband’s size and style him. I will be returning to this store because of Demetrius. I have also shared with all of my family and friends.

Unless you absolutely had to have something the day of, save your time and order online. Staff is unhelpful, borderline rude, and essentially ignores you. There’s not a big selection here so if they had a piece you liked in your size that would be lucky anyway. A high end retail store like this should operate a hell of a lot better than it does. They certainly don’t treat everyone who walks in as a potential paying customer
