Great happy place for pets. My two dogs were there over Thanksgiving and were clean and well fed when i picked them up. There was a large crowd picking up their pets and the staff were calm and smiling. Very efficient in handling animals and people with everything running smoothly.

I’ve been bringing my goldendoodle in for Shay to groom and Shay is absolutely amazing. Her customer service and flexible schedule has been excellent. Plus my dog looks incredible after her groom. I highly recommend anyone to get their dog groomed by Shay. She is next level customer service and you would be beyond happy with her services. Thank you Shay.

The pet lodge resort is a friendly accommodating place. I found myself having to travel to the area after a family emergency and was not able to make arrangements for my fur child. I called them and they was able to take my dog for day care while I took care of personal business. The staff was sympathetic to my situation and took great care of my fur child. I am extremely grateful to the staff for making the process for starting day care easy and have an opening for my pup and allowing me to not stress over the care of my pup.

We boarded our 2 dogs for a week. We never used a pet lodge before, our boxer is 3 and has anxiety… they were both treated kindly and with care! Recommend them!!

After a 4 days trip today, our dog came back with a wound and dried blood on his face and no mention of it from the staff. I was under the impression we were to get a report card, nope. Please contact me regarding this ASAP. I’ve also sent a message via your website portal.

Very prompt to respond to my initial request to register my dog and they had immediate availability for day care. The facility is huge and had various structures on the grounds for dogs to interact with plus a water pad and pool and lots of shady areas on the grounds. I was provided a tour of the inside facility which appeared to have great capacity. Staff were helpful, informative and professional. My pup was clean and seemed very happy at the end of her day care visit. I noticed that they had a station where many live views of the facility were being monitored. Their lobby was open to clients as well. I have already booked another day care and hope that overnight boarding requests can be readily accommodated…

They were great! We are new to the area and needed to quickly board our dogs in a clean, safe and welcoming environment. We found Pet Lodge online and they were close to our home. We were pleasantly surprised by the expansive and lush surroundings of the property. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Most importantly our little guys had the best time here. I had my first experience with Pet Lodge this past weekend and will definitely be returning. As I pulled in, I noticed the large outdoor play areas that were full of dogs for the morning group play. I was suprised at the size and number of play areas, as well as the number of staff attending. I've taken my dogs to numerous places for boarding and the immediate presence of this facility gave off a much different tone than most chain establishments. It was upbeat and there was active engagement between staff members and animals.I arrived with my hands full (a toddler and two golden retreivers). Before I could get everyone out of the car, I was quickly greeted by a staff member offering a hand. Inside also gave off a different vibe than previous boarding places I've used. For starters, there was ample staff assisting numerous guests checking in and out. No one was waiting for assistance, maybe just the guests checking out waiting for their dogs to be retreived. I was immediately assisted with check-in and the process was quick. My two dogs were boarded for the weekend and groomed. Their haircuts looked great and prices were reasonable. Overall, my experience was not only quick and painless, but I feel my dogs were actively attended to. I think I've found a place that I will be using indefinitely.

My 2 pups had a traumatic boarding experience at a different pet lodging facility so I was already nervous to leave them. However, the staff here was EXCELLENT. They reassured me the pups would be in good hands.I came to pick up my two pups and they were happy as ever. The grooming was great as well. One of mine was nervous about getting her nails cut so the groomer did not push/frighten her. I appreciate them adjusting to my dogs needs to keep her relaxed!We will be back. It is worth every penny!

Our pet stayed for his first time on a lengthier stay, and he needed some medical attention. Pet Lodge Pet Resort staff communicated with us and helped our pet get the care he needed. We appreciated that he was well taken care of during this time so much!

We never want to board our Huskies but when we have to fly somewhere, the Pet Lodge Pet Resort is the only place for our fur babies! The place is great and the people are awesome. We would especially like to thank Courtney, Amy, Natasha and Sean. I can be a bit of a pain making sure our pups are good and they have great patience and we sure do appreciate it. Needless to say, we highly recommend the Pet Lodge Pet Resort but don't ask for the Presidential Suite because that's for my Harley and Dixie, lol. JK. ;-)

This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. My pup had a blast at daycare. So many activities and amenities. We'll definitely come back.

Just left my Pup Harley here over the weekend and they took great care of her. Gave her a bath before i came to pick her up as well. They also sent me Pictures of her and told me how she was doing too! Put my mind at ease being across the country from her. Thank you! i will bring Harley back the next time i travel and cannot bring her along.
