If I wanted to, I could not say enough good things about Pet Air. Ren was amazing and walked us through the entire process. She communicated with our vet and even set up delivery for us from the airport to our lodge on base (shipped the dogs from the Us to S.Korea). Ren always answered our phone calls, ensured all necessary paperwork was sent to us with directions that were so specific, and followed up once the dogs were in transit. So so thankful for Ren and the whole team! Highly recommend!

I can not rave more about the customer service and assistance, they were very attentive and accommodating of our needs. We are a military family that was moving to the United Kingdom which was already stressful, the amount of care these employees took to ensure the safe travel of our dog as well as thr consistent updates is unmatched. We have moved a lot over the last 23 year but I will be reaching out to use this company again if I get a chance. There is nothing better than the peace of mind that your pet will be taken care of. PAC is outstanding. I was extremely nervous to ship my cat to Korea with a pet shipping company because of the horror stories I heard. PAC was the most reasonable in price and their customer service is above all. They reassured me the whole way through emails and phone calls. They treated my fur kid as if he was their own. I can't say enough about this company. Renee West was a dream to work with. I will definitely use them again. Photos from his first night in Korea.

They kept making me pay more fees that they don’t tell about until they have you trapped into paying and they where great at letting me know what’s going on until the last step of putting the animal on the plane.

The service was excellent. I worked directly with Ren and she answered all my questions and managed to adjust the shipping to everchanging Lufthansa availabilities. Pet air carrier made my dog shipping to Europe way easier than it seemed at first sight.

After asking 4 carriers, PAC was finally able to transport my 2 staffy from Seattle to Paris in the right way. they are the best, very professional and helpful, and also the cheapest. Thanks again Ren ?

They are angles! I got stuck with my two cats Jack and Felix in Atlanta at the checkin while moving back to Germany. Despite a 100% assurance on the phone from the airline that I can take both in the cabin after they switched carrier, they did not let me board. Pure luck helped me to find these angles who stopped all current actions and picked up my boys from the airport and immediately contacted cargo to bring them home to Germany. 3 days after I was home, my boys landed in Frankfurt. PAC organised the crates and even put some blankets in. They took wonderful care of my boys and me and did not get off the phone with the airline past 1am for days to bring them home as soon as possible. Word cannot express my gratitude. They are angles! They are the absolute best that could happen to me and the boys. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Anne

I absolutely loved my experience with Pet Air Carrier! They were very helpful every step of the way in shipping my cat overseas. My cat had a four day trip and when she was delivered to me she was happy and healthy. Her kennel was clean as was she and it was clear that she had been fed and watered and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone shipping their fur babies as the company clearly cares about the health and safety of the pets they help transport!

Choosing pet air carrier was the best decision we made during our international move. They helped ensure all paperwork was in order and guided us through what would have been a very confusing process. Everyone we spoke to had nothing but praise for how easy and smooth the paperwork was done. Our two cats made it through the long day of travel safe and healthy.

Unbeatable service at the best rate for transporting our Lab from Atl to the UK. Aashima explained everything up front, and gave us several options. Then she gave us clear directions and answered all of our questions to get the necessary paperwork completed, signed, fed exed, copied, etc.. She dealt with our difficult vet, and gave me helpful reminders for things I needed to complete for our compressed time frame. In the end, everything went very smoothly and our dog arrived safe and happy. I can't say enough good things about their superior service, and highly recommend PAC.

Had an overall good experience as they took a lot of the worry out of flying our dogs to Asia! Aashima was very thorough and made sure all documents were exactly what the airlines needed. She actually found multiple mistakes from our vet health certificate that was corrected the same day. If I didn’t use their services, I could only imagine the headache we would have dealt with when dropping off our dogs! Thank you to Aashima and her team for being awesome!!

We absolutely loved our experience with Pet Air Carrier! The staff was very helpful when shipping our husky overseas! Everything went smooth & perfect. They also kept in touch with me while her being checked in. Definitely recommend going through them & will also be using them in the future!

Exceptional service! Last month I shipped my dog from the US to Germany through PAC and was extremely happy with their service. Aashima explained the whole process from beginning to end, was very responsive and available via phone, email, and text. She checked in with me the morning of our flight by phone and when we landed in Germany she checked in via email if everything went well. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.I saw some reviews complained about cost - yes, this process isn’t cheap. However, I received quotes from other companies and PAC wasn’t only the cheapest but I’m also convinced they provide the best service you could possibly get.

Moving a pet overseas is a nightmare of health and customs requirements that vary across the globe; booking the transportation, and coordinating with owner's travel, only adds to the complexity and anxiety for the owner. Thanks to PAC, especially Aashima, it all worked out fine. Our pup was delivered to caring and knowledgeable hands in the US, and collected when and where as promised in Norway.
