I started using perfect cleaners less than a year ago! Things seemed to be going ok until last month when I noticed my white collar button down shirts that I wear underneath my suites have decreased from 8 to 10 to about 2 to 3 and one of my favorite button down shirts, a beautiful blue shirt with green and yellow square pattern and my 7 jeans disspaeared.I am missing a bundle of expensive shirts and jeans! around 10 items!I have taken my cloths to dry cleaners in for ever and I have never come across a situation such as this one. I truly do not know what to do!When I approached the young store owner, I mentioned to him that either there is fowl play or an honest mistake which can happen. The young man did not even want to hear me out and was insistant on my confusion and forgetfullness! He said maybe you put your cloths somewhere else or in another closet, etc etc. He is not suspect but someone that works in that organization certainly is! This young owner took absolutely zero responsibility and accountability on his part, not even entertaining the idea that perhaps something went wrong between my dropping off the cloths to his location and a person with a truck coming to pick up my cloths and take it to an unknown destination to have it washed and processed and deliver the items back to his shop! He simply said that there was no way there could be any mistake on their operation part!Either there is a slik thief my size unfortunately that apparently likes my taste in cloths in their organizatioin or they mistakenly give one person's cloths to another! My shirts being medium, nice and expensive, who wouldn't like to keep them or gift them to friends or family?I will happily remove this negative review if the young owner finds my cloths and appologizes for their mistake!I am a local chiropractor and my name is Alex Mahyar and have no reason to lie or leave a bad review! I simply feel robbed of my belongings and insulted!Please bring me back my belongings and I will remove this negative review!

I took several of my husband's shirts to be cleaned and one shrank. I brought back the shirt that shrank in addition to three others (same size and same brand) so the gentleman could compare the substantial difference in size. My husband is a big guy and the shirt now came to the top of his pants. The gentleman tried to convince me that's how the shirt was made...NO SIR!!. I explained that we not only bring our clothes to his cleaners but rugs as well. Why would we single out one shirt? He made me feel as though I was a liar and wanted something for nothing. I explained it's the principle and being confrontational with a customer is never the way to go. He provided a $20 store credit, but my husband and I will never use it because we will no longer patronize this business.

Terrible service. I paid for a mending job on a jacket on Wednesday. Arrived for pick on Saturday noticed that it never got mended. I had to bring the jacket back then haggle for them to correct their mistake. They wanted me to wait till the following Monday. Problem is my flight leaves at 9pm the same day. The good thing is this was in the morning on Saturday that the problem was discovered. I had to argue with him about the inconvenience that their negligence caused. We resolved the matter to pick up after 5 that same day. Come back after 5pm and a different individual is present. I gave him my new ticket for no $0 amount pick up then he argues with me to pay again. I had to prove that I had paid the first time. I had to present my original receipt then he made a phone call as if that wasn't enough. Rude, not courteous and unprofessional. He holds my jacket, wasted my time and never apologized. I'll let you decide... Good luck maybe your experience will go great... As for me and my dollars it will not be supporting that kind of nonesense.

My dad came to visit from out of the country. I guess because they thought he wasn’t local he can over charge him and charges $5 per item. When I came in asking to clean the same items they said it’s $1.75 per item.
Rude! Horable customer service.

Did horrible job repairing my pants. The sewing was noticeable even though along the seam. Threads came undone and I took back for repair and they charged me again - saying they could not verify it was the same pants! Their dry cleaning was average anyway. Will never go back again.

Would not take my clothes anywhere else. My hem fell out of my pants the morning of a job interview. They were so helpful and quick and friendly. Definitely a neighborhood store. I would highly recommend them!
