Drove up from Florida to do an early Christmas with family. My water pump seized, causing the serpentine belt to disintegrate tons of damage two days before Christmas. Justin and the guys said no problem I know they had to of moved some things around they were actually able to get my truck in get it fixed as they said for the price that they saidand got me back on the road and back in time for Christmas. Definitely good guys who do what they say they’re gonna do.

I grew up in an automotive family and still spend most of my spare time wrenching. Tires are pretty much the only service I pay for. My first time using Pep Boys for tires but very impressed with the price and service at the Midway location. Had some issues with the online appointment and sale process....but TJ at the store was great and worked it out without issue. Trust goes a long way these days. No miles yet on the new tires, but purchase, install, and initial balance was great.

Justin engages truthfully and understands some customers have limits for how much they can afford for a single auto service. With the cooperative spirit of the techs they have helped us prioritize repairs on our 10 year old vehicle. I only find this shop because of a recent move but I believe these guys are exemplary compared to some other locations I’ve bought tires at and had service done on our 3 vehicles.

My son was charged $156 for an oil change/tire rotation for a 2011 dodge caliber. He wasn’t told a price for a basic oil change when he dropped it off otherwise we could have taken it elsewhere. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

My 19 yo son was charged $156 for an oil change/tire rotation for a 2011 dodge caliber today at Pep Boys in midway on Atlanta Highway. He wasn't told a price for a basic oil change when he dropped it off otherwise we could have taken it elsewhere. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Terrible experience. Took them 2 hours to change ONE tire with zero communication throughout the process. There were no snacks or refreshments. The interior of my car was dirty when I finally got it back.

Worst place to buy tire because if you have problem with it you have to go somewhere else to fix it. They don'tHonor opointments, for every small thing they ask you to drop-off the car. I has it with this store and never going back

I've taken both my cars to this Midway location for roughly 2 years. I've gotten nothing but professionalism, competence and great customer service for each visit. My service has ranged from oil changes to new tires and pre-purchase diagnostics. I highly recommend this outfit. Ask for Justin. He's a good man.

I waited until 11:30 for a 10am appt and then another 4 hours for diagnostic tests to be run. in the end after some effort to resolve my issue was made ( but only if i brought my car back in for a $2500 repair ) so I paid $315 for two days worth of freon. I Asked about the 10% discount that was documented on the website but it was never offered or given. I would of been happy if even a small gesture was made. Instead I felt unheard and taken advantage of. Something would of been better than nothing.

Drove 70 miles for tires that were ordered days prior only for the manager to state they don’t have the tires. I was never notified if the info prior. Called customer service all they offered was an apology and stated the system glitches from time to time. Last time doing business here. Staff is incompetent and lacks the ability to solve issues they cause.*****update. Customer support asked for my contact info only to have the same person from the store to contact me to say there is still nothing he can do. This location sucks. Will not be returning. Manager said he only called because that’s what he is supposed to do when he gets a bad review. The end.

I have been going to this location for six years now and the service can’t be beat. I brought my car to Mercedes since I have a warranty. Unfortunately everything my car needed was not covered. The next day I brought my car here for new tires and had them look at the breaks since Mercedes said they needed to be replaced. Turns out, they did not. The service advisor was trying to upswell me.Justin the manager price matched the tires to Mercedes special and didn’t try to upswell me. I appreciate the honesty and the customer service I go there each time!

Service is fine but they should learn to manage appointments, you need to take vehicle in if appointment is already scheduled and can’t ask to come later or it will take 2+ hours. Not a good experience :-(
