We saw a car online through cargurus that seemed like a really great deal, and was available. We weren’t ready to buy yet, but the price on the truck was very reasonable and we didn’t want to let it get away. After speaking to Cash on Friday see we’re able to find financing and we purchased the truck on Saturday. The staff was polite and patient and didn’t make us feel rushed. They had a lot of cars to choose from. Also, the bathroom was clean.
The truck we bought was shown fairly and accurately on the website before we saw it in person.
We had a great experience at this dealership. I will recommend it to my family and friends in the future. Thank you very much for the Silverado!

Recently bought a Corolla from this dealer, price was average compared with other dealers. As other buyers said this dealer sell the cars with lots of problems. Just after I bought it the seatbelt light and airbag light came on, I scanned the car and came back to a bad sensors and airbag system corrupted. Therefore car is not safe and airbag maybe won't deploy in case of an accident The thing is that when I ordered the seatbelt buckle from Toyota it won't fit. Mechanic said the car has been modified and had parts from other cars different years (passenger seat and rear trunk that won't close properly) so in order for me to fix those light I need to buy the whole passenger seat that includes the 2 connectors for the buckle (this car has one only) pain in the mountain bike
Rear bumper trunk and front bumper were re-painted. I would not recommend this dealer Toyota quoted 1700 dls in cosmetic repair (without the passenger seat) but dealer won't help you at all.
I bought the Corolla, it came with many problems. Modified, it comes with a seat that does not correspond to the car and I cannot fix the seat belt light and the airbag light because the Corolla parts of that year do not come with different connectors and do not fit. I would have to buy the entire seat, now I have to work with those lights on when the passenger gets into the car and it is not safe. The bag will not activate in an accident. Toyota inspected it and charged me $1,700 for damaged parts of the car and the dealer did not want to deduct any of that from me. I had to buy everything and do it on my own, not counting the problem with the airbag and modified seat, nor counting the trunk that doesn't close properly. Repainted parts of the fenders and the rear trunk lid. Very dissatisfied with the purchase. I would have better bought one on Facebook.

Hi, this place is the best! The people are welcoming, nice, professional, and very, very caring! This brother called Cash is a wonderful human being! He took care of all of my needs. I purchased a car from Star six months ago I so regret it only reason I went because they say they have warranty on their cars they warranty is for purchase not the dealer standing by their product they didn’t even give me a free tank of gas had to buy tires the next week and within four months the engine went out

i went to purchase my car in august and was told it was gone for alternator repair. i purchased it cash the next day and didn’t get a warranty unfortunately. within the first month, the check engine light came on. the engine is having idle issues and still is. i read the car fax to find the alternator repair- there was no alternator repair or any repairs done on that day period. so where was the car? i can only assume they rigged the car intentionally to make it presentable. before you purchase a car here have it inspected by mechanic and get a warranty if you can. or just go somewhere else.
EDIT: but you all did not repair it yourself. the car was off the lot/gone for repairs and either way it should have been reported. i did get the code read for free.. i’ve just never had a check engine light come on as soon as i get a car. justify it how you want

Update from last 1 star review
After a month of continuous negotiations, Manager Sham assisted me in resolving the issues with my engine, which I find incredibly gracious. I will update my rating for the company as they did indeed contribute to correcting the mistake, albeit to a certain extent. Although I ultimately took charge of the repair, their willingness to help and cover the costs for my engine repair demonstrates integrity. I believe that helps the updated review status.
If I could rate no stars I would I have had my car for I month exact. An I have yet to drive it ,right now my car is sitting in a parking lot at work.From the first week I noticed it was o er heating. Since then I have been doing nothing but fixing the car, an I have not even paid my car note yet. First week alternator went out, then changed the thermostat, then alignment ,then the temp sensor an since then my car can no longer crank. This has been one of the worst decisions I've have made in my life. If I could bri g the cat back an get my money back I would. They talk an treat you right when buying but after you buy your car they treat you like crap. I tried to explain to the finance advisor Cash an he spoke to me like a child as if I don't know what I was doing trying to repair my car. I work at a delearship an have had mechanics look at the car an everytime we fix one thing another thing goes wrong .So ultimately it looks like I've been sold a lemon of a car. Only thing I can do know is look at other options on resolving this situation. Overall worst experience of my life.

This is a very dishonest dealership, stay away from them. I just bought a Toyota Rav4 for a very substantial amount. All of a sudden the AC stopped working. Come to find out it needs a new compressor. You cannot sell cars that need major repairs without disclosing the issues. That’s dishonest. I overlooked a lot of cosmetic issues with car and I still paid the asking price with the hopes the engine was good. Not even a month later, I already spent close to 2k on repairs and maintenance. Not recommended

They have a wide selection of clean vehicles across affordable price ranges. We needed a reliable vehicle for our daughter and Caeser was very helpful and knowledgeable. We found a reliable 2015 Corolla in very good condition within our budget.
I would return to Star Motors for future vehicle needs.

They should be zero stars but you have to give something purchase a car October 25, 2011 Xfinity QX56 upon purchasing. I took it to a card REPAIR SHOP had it put on the scanner scan all kinds of colds pending where they just cleared them out, so what no check engine lights or anything be on Come to find out the pump which is inside. The motor was messed up so call them back they told me to bring it back. They will fix it. Got back week and a half later Car still not fixed Twxt Infiniti South they told me about everything that was going on with the car then they noticed That you know something have been done to the oil pan thing but they could tell me what I wouldn’t let them take the oil pan off because I wanted them to be fully responsible so they did service the transmission and they gave me a whole list of stuff that should’ve been done so I’m thinking you know they said they fixed it it’s fixed Got the little things done the car to Michigan time and chain couldn’t go any further stranded car steal in Michigan haven’t even driven the car 1000 miles they charged me $12,700 put 4800 in the car plus a little bit more and now what they doing is $7872 so this car I could’ve bought a 2020 of some other car for the price I’m being charged with this I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau now, and I have filed a complaint and I’m going over to Legal Aide. I tried to talk with him they didn’t want to talk when I first took the car back. They said I couldn’t bring it back and since I got it back they did notice that it’s cut all the way around what reasoning I don’t know , so stars Motors we’re gonna see how this gonna work out can do veterans breast, cancer, survivors, and foster parents. What if I would’ve had the children in the car you don’t care just the money ain’t that with the guy told me he would not give me one penny back ,finally about to get the help I need it should be against the Law to take Advantage of others that don’t know that you are a crook Preying on And taking Advantage of Innocent people and their hard earn Money

Horrible experience with this Stealership not only did they rip me off on the price. As soon as I left the dealership I started to notice a strange sound. I took it to the shop and proceeded to have to spend $1500 on a car I had just paid $8500 for…. It needed basically all new suspension. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! They will rip you off or sell you a car that needs a lot of work..
Transmission also went out a couple weeks after purchase.

I was in a pinch and needed to find a car within just a few days. Called on a Friday afternoon and bought a car by Saturday afternoon. I like to know what I'm buying before paying for it, to which Caesar was very trusting to allow me to get the vehicle properly inspected before making a decision. If you're looking for a good deal on a reliable car. I recommend doing your research on what they have to offer and giving Caesar a call.
