Stop by and the guy apparently was having a bad day . I need to combine 2 packages into a bigger box so I was ready to purchase a box. Instead he told me that I need to do that at home. Bad customer service

The owners are very kind and professional. Every time I have mailed something here I haven’t felt rushed like at other stores. They also have DHL which can be harder to find. The wife of the couple that run it even handed my son a lollipop as we were leaving— and it was organic which I really appreciated.

The owner Raj has been outstanding! I have been going to this location since he opened...he is attentive, quick to respond to my needs and reasonably priced. I ship alot of valuable antiques and his packing is second to none---I've tried them all....

Raj was very helpful in packing and shipping my items. Very friendly and surprisingly way more affordable than when I've shipped directly from FedEx or UPS corporate stores.

I decided to take the time out of my day to leave this realistic review for someone else future use.The male at the front counter (didn’t get his name but doesn’t matter) continued to cut me off while I tried my best to get my business need out. After that happened a few times, I decided I’d rather spend my money elsewhere, because I refuse to support such crass behavior.Now, when I tried to explain why I’m leaving, he still continued with cutting me off.The difference between customer service and customer experience will make or break business. If you don’t care about being treated respectfully, then use this facility. If professionalism and respect matter, move on down the road.

Lisa has quite the nice operation here in the King Farm center. She is able to ship your UPS, FedEx and Amazon returns for you. I am really impressed with this family run store. I'll definitely be back.
