IMO, this store does not provide a positive shopping experience, you can't just walk in and have a look around for ideas. You have to line up, and people who don't realize that get called out in a rather unpleasant way(and end up leaving). There is very little on display, so you need to know want you want for them to take items out for you. The difference between what goes with what (type of bracelets, charms, clips, etc) is also very poorly explained and confusing.

I’m a loyal customer for 2 years I decided to get two charms for my bracelet as I made my purchase I asked if my other bracelet could get cleaned when I went home I noticed my clamp was missing I don’t know why they took it off but I’m very upset with the customer service BEWARE OF THIEVES

Great location, friendly staff, and excellent customer service! My bracelet had a faulty, broken clasp and very quickly they replaced the bracelet. They even transferred my charms and replaced my rubber stoppers. The in-store selection is amazing.

Customer service is such a lost art these days, especially at this particular location. I had an incredibly lackluster experience with Shaniya (sp) who, apparently, is an assistant manager. I intended to make a purchase prior to walking into the store, but quickly decided not to spend my money here based on Shaniya (sp) alone. Very unfortunate.

Walked in yesterday while 2 employees appeared to be busy with no customers. One of the young women walked over to help us after 10 minutes of us standing there. We explained that we purchased a bracelet at Town Center location after the woman sized my best friend’s wrist. But after 2 weeks of wearing the bracelet and adding more charms, the size is too small. We wanted to exchange the bracelet for a bigger size. The woman immediately looked baffled and then said our request wasn’t an option. I had to quote the policy and bring up my electronic receipt under my account to prove that she was wrong. She then calls the other young woman over, who identified herself as the manager, to make sure I’m not wrong. I wasn’t. Then we asked her to try on the bigger sizes but she said she couldn’t take anything out of the case because they were doing inventory. The long story short was the woman is dumber than a box of rocks. I had to provide options and feedback for everything. We walked out with a full refund and no bracelet. Terrible customer service! Why is the store open if you can’t sell me anything? Sadly, I already know why the store hired d*** people …. Nobody wants to work anymore and stores are desperate. What is our world coming to? I rather just shop online. This store definitely doesn’t live up to the Pandora name.

Upstairs near the food court this store has such friendly employees! While the associate helped me she asked what I was looking for and brought it to me. She listened to me and adjusted the buying direction accordingly! Once the charms were selected she even offered to clean my jewelry. I only bought two charms but I felt like she treated me the same as someone who just bought the best cut/clarity Diamond.

Came into the store on Sunday to purchase something and the sales associate was really unprofessional she had a frown on her face, attitude was inappropriate and would not provide her name. She made a comment that there were too many people in the store. She went to the back and slammed the door. I had to get her name from another associate and her name is Devin

I purchased a bracelet last night @ the North Point Mall location. When I got home I noticed that the employee (DEVON) gave me an empty box without my bracelet. I returned to the store Sunday afternoon to speak with the manager who appeared to be very nonchalant. The manager insisted that Devon stated she gave me the bracelet & I wore it out of the store. Devon is a LIAR and she kept the bracelet for herself that I purchased. It's such an inconvenience b/c I have to wait 48 hours for them to review the camera to see that Devon lied about giving me the product that I paid for in cash. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs on Monday morning. Be careful when purchasing from this location!!!
