My wife and I have two kids under two years of age and we drive the extra distance to the Holly Springs location because the daycare at Crabapple is awful, simply put. I don’t care to take the time to elaborate but there is a night & day difference in the daycare. My daughter is excited to go to Holly Springs, while I have to bribe her into the Crabapple gym. I try again every 6 months thinking it has to be better but it never is.. so disappointing because Crabapple is much more convenient for our family but Holly Springs is clearly much better operated and managed.

The staff is fantastic and hence the stars, but the business charges an annual maintenance fee and you can tell that very little goes to updating the machines. The place is large and offers many different rooms, but has limited plates, dumbbells and no duplicates of commonly used equipment (which creates a bottleneck). Overall the equipment is ancient. It’s as if this gym is where all the other locations drop off their broken and outdated equipment.

Terrible customer service. Was overcharged $130 and no one can tell me why or fix it. Tried to contact corporate because the local gym cannot fix it and have not received a call or email back.

OneLife Fitness has been my gym for many years now. The staff is so very friendly! Sean and Aaron are very proficient and very helpful. 2023 I wanted to go a little bit more in depth and training. Molly was my trainer! She is absolutely amazing! Molly is very dedicated on the correct form and very knowledgeable. Some of my favorite classes that they have is Matt Pilates and Hot Yoga! Before going to OneLife, I went to mini gyms around the area and this hands down seemed like the cleanliest. OneLife Fitness are my favorite gym hands down!

Went for a tour yesterday and was completely disrespected. Intentional ignorance of a tour that was worthy of a gym that does not care. I’m certain the corporation would not want that representation. They Lost a family membership that day but we lost so much more - faith in humanity!

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE, now don’t get me wrong it is a nice gym but I bought a membership here in December with the intention of going quite often, however with soccer season starting and the gym being 20 mins from my house I never have time to go. Because of this I have tried to cancel my membership 4 different times online through the app. Then I have sent an official cancellation letter which I have had no response to in any way. So just keep it in mind that if you are not going to be using this gym consistently and getting your moneys worth you will be stuck paying month after month without a way to cancel the membership because staff simply ignores the request too.

Dirty gym with old equipment l, machines, and torn up exercise mats. You're better off working on the bare floor than those dirty floor mats. The green turf needs to be replaced and it's just way too small and cramped at this location. The whole gym needs a renovation and deep cleaning with new equipment.

I love the classes - especially Body Pump and Pilates. Highly recommend if you're looking for reasonably priced group classes and childcare while you work out.

This gym is unethical at best borderline criminal is more like it. While living in Georgia we enjoyed the facilities and classes just fine but in May of 2022 we moved from the state across the country. Before we left we “canceled” in person was told great just follow it up with an email; no email address was provided but we used the crabapple email address thinking that was acceptable. Since then we have emailed repeatedly, sent a certified letter, blocked the merchant with our credit card (they change their merchant id number regularly so it only works temporarily) and still have managed to get charged every month. Only today after I threatened to call the police and file a fraud charge was I informed there was a “special” email address for cancellations. Their own records show that we haven’t stepped foot in the gym in over 600 days. Yet, we have been charged consistently even though we have tried again and again to cancel. Beware it’s great while it lasts but when you want to leave it will cost you loads of money, time and energy.

The gym is nice with good facilities and a good equipment. What really ticks me off is we have tried to cancel the member ship about 4 times and we keep getting charged. We have followed their instructions on emailing their membership group and they still charge us. This shady business practice that some gyms deal in drives me crazy. To me it doesn't mater how nice your facility is if you have no integrity.

Good gym but there is NEVER any parking the same vehicles hog the same closest parking spots every day for hours and that makes other people park all the way in the back with no consideration to the other paying members.

Any bad reviews I've seen are a complaint about the kids in the gym making things more difficult. Yes teenagers tend to be unaware. So raise your kids better and maybe the only thing you're complaining about wouldn't be an issue. Gym is great.
