Olde Crabapple Bottle Shop is a great little liquor store with outstanding and super helpful customer service. The staff is always smiling and offers cool convos, with one employee noted as the nicest guy ever. They go out of their way to help, such as calling back with information from distributors or actively assisting in a personal emergency, demonstrating a class move by rewarding helpful acts. The selection is extensive, featuring everything from regular old Budweiser to really niche whiskeys and wines. There is so much to choose from and the prices are good. The store is open pretty late and benefits from its proximity to the grocery store next door. A typical liquor store, its only noted complaint is not with the shop itself but its location, which can be hard to get into and out of during rush hour. However, the overall experience is positive, with customers planning to return whether they need something or not, encouraged by the helpful and kind service.
Just an outstanding store with great selection for the size of it. Prices great. Service great.

Mike went out of his way to help me figure out if a brand was selling a limited edition flavor this year. He called me back once he spoke to his distributers and was super helpful! Outstanding customer service!

A pretty nice bottle shop. Staff is friendly, selection is good, and prices reasonable. I have no complaints!
