Mediocre customer service. Also, for some reason Old Navy has a habit of sending the wrong stuff for online orders, regardless if you pick it up in store or have it sent to your home address. Then the employees give you issues for trying to return items that you didn't order but received anyway.

Are the dressing rooms here gender neutral now? If so, I would like to have known that before I ran into a man in what was I thought the women's dressing room and no employees around.

came in to buy two pairs of overalls and noticed two of the exact same pair were priced differently in clearance. One was for $30 and one was for $6. I noticed there were other overalls in the section also marked at $6 so I asked the associate at the register if maybe someone forgot to put the right sticker on and if they would honor that price for the second pair to which he responded by ripping the sticker off in front of me and saying an employee must have put it there by accident and that he would not even honor the price for the one pair. I understand mistakes are made but that is not the customer’s fault if you put an item out for one price and decide you don’t want to do that. I still think it was intended to be $6 but they didn’t want to do it for whatever reason. At the very least I feel that I should have paid the listed prices for both even if the price could not be honored for the second pair. I feel taken advantage of because I did not have the heart to make a fuss about it and I really needed them. Beware of shady practices at this store and don’t trust their pricing I guess. (Picture one is an example of another adult pair in the same section and picture two is the tag for the pair I bought which he ripped the $5.99 sticker off of)

FYI-this location makes their own rules on sale items. Double check online/their ads to be sure this location isn't charging you full price for something that is supposed to be on sale. I asked an associate about something that was supposed to be on sale, they said you have to show them what's on sale online and then they will price match it. What in the world? Never heard of such a thing.

Old Navy has a very nice variety of clothes for men and women. The best thing is most of the clothes are Cotton.

Old Navy Northpoint Parkway, Alpharetta, GA store. Manager' name is Evelyn. I tried to return four items that we bought on January 17 and was told it was past the 30 days so they could not refund. I asked for a store credit and they said since it was past 30 days the store does not give or issue store credits. Evelyn the manager, told me they stop issuing store credits two years ago and I was out of luck. horrible customer service and they definitely had a negative attitude including the manager. I will never step foot in an Old Navy again since their return policy is not customer friendly in my experience in this store was not a good one. Shop elsewhere.

Cheap clothes all pretty nondescript and just more monotony in a sea of sameness. Just nothing that is unique or stylish... all of it is cheaply made... and all of it is just flat dull.Don't expect any kind of help, don't expect a major selection, don't expect the place they paint the picture of in the commercials. Why in the world did I come here.. well I was desperate for some pjs for my sons pajama day at school. I wanted something for him to wear that he hadn't already worn the heck out of and was cool.I blame my own stupidity for thinking that there was any chance that I could find something like that here.Unless you want cheaply made blah ho hum clothes... I would just not bother coming here.

Elijah, the cashier, was trying to do an exchange for a very difficult customer. He was extremely professional and consistently showed the customer respect and patience… exhibiting excellent customer service. Kudos to Elijah!

This is the worst managed Old Navy in the entire chain. It is the worst managed store of any brand in all of North Metro Atlanta. This is not due to the current worker shortage. This has been the case for this location for the 7+yrs I’ve lived in this area. I can’t imagine that they do any periodic inventorying. Their shrinkage must be off the charts… but I’m sure there’s no way to accurately measure it bec the store is always a disaster. I’ve never even seen a thrift shop look this bad. How far Gap has strayed from their 80’s employee who was basically a sweater and shirt folder! It’s such a huge missed opportunity because Alpharetta disposable dollar is also off the charts. Get good management in there and that location across from the mall, in a strip with Target and Nordstrom Rack would be at the top of Old Navy’s doors.

Only a handful of customers in the store when we went in and the store is an absolute wreck. Several staff roaming about the store but 70% of the racks were in complete disarray. I know it’s the holidays and usually busy, but I presume some part of the job is keeping the clothes out of the floor. I also know that many (most) businesses are short staffed and hiring, so if you choose to work retail you understand what the job is. Snarky comments about your customers surely can’t be helpful to business. We left because of the attitudes and mess, don’t expect we’ll return anytime soon.
