“I first went to the Toyota dealership were i waited an hour and a half only to find out that Toyota hadn't even started. I got my car back from Toyota and drove it to the Vavoline service center.
The Valvoline service is xtremely fast and friendly. The service was a fast team effort were different team members were performing different tasks. The work was performed and completed while I waited in my car.
I will be returning.”

“I had a screw in my tire. I went to the chain tire store across the street from 9 north and was told my tires (which had 16k miles) didn’t have enough tread to patch and that it was dangerous for me to keep driving on them. The person showed me some little tool she used and said all 4 tires needed replacing. I was skeptical and went across the street to 9 North. I went in assuming I needed 4 tires and told the man at the desk that I needed a price. He went out to get the size and said my tires looked almost new, and patched the hole with no problem. I’ll definitely be giving them my business from now on. Very nice, very fast, and much more honest than their competitors.”
“Fantastic client service with a specific call out to their mechanic Arie. Arie knew my daughter had to drive back to school and was delayed due to parts that had to be shipped from the West coast. The part arrived late and Arie worked until after 11pm to complete the job. Thank you for the service!”
“A friend and I have just recently started using Moss after seeing recommendations and looking at the reviews. They are well established (if memory is correct over 25 years) and reviews speak very highly of them. In my experience they are thorough and understanding. Instead of pushing for me to continue repairing a 17 year old vehicle (like the old place did) they were honest and said it might be time to look in to a newer vehicle. My friend also had a great experience and says that she will go no where else from now on. I will be doing the same and have already been referring people to them.”

“I've been coming to this particular Jiffy Lube for about nine years with two different vehicles within that time. I trust the service people here with my oil changes and other needs because they tell me exactly what needs to be done without adding items to puff their wallets.
