“I first went to the Toyota dealership were i waited an hour and a half only to find out that Toyota hadn't even started. I got my car back from Toyota and drove it to the Vavoline service center.
The Valvoline service is xtremely fast and friendly. The service was a fast team effort were different team members were performing different tasks. The work was performed and completed while I waited in my car.
I will be returning.”

“I was happy with the work they did on my old Hyundai. It's got 179,000 miles on it and it's only worth probably $2,500, and just needed it to keep going. They were able to fix the issues I had and make a few other repairs. It's definitely sounding and running better. And I expect to be going back for more Auto service in the future.”

“I had a screw in my tire. I went to the chain tire store across the street from 9 north and was told my tires (which had 16k miles) didn’t have enough tread to patch and that it was dangerous for me to keep driving on them. The person showed me some little tool she used and said all 4 tires needed replacing. I was skeptical and went across the street to 9 North. I went in assuming I needed 4 tires and told the man at the desk that I needed a price. He went out to get the size and said my tires looked almost new, and patched the hole with no problem. I’ll definitely be giving them my business from now on. Very nice, very fast, and much more honest than their competitors.”

“I have been going here for at least 10 years whenever I have a tire issue, which seems to be about once a year. They always get me in and out quickly. Had a nasty screw (see photo) removed from my tire today which they plugged. I was in and out in 15 minutes”
“Excellent service! My check engine light came on and they were able to run a diagnostic and fix the issue. Throughout the process I was updated and shown the new parts that would be installed. Definitely made the process easy and seamless!”
“A friend and I have just recently started using Moss after seeing recommendations and looking at the reviews. They are well established (if memory is correct over 25 years) and reviews speak very highly of them. In my experience they are thorough and understanding. Instead of pushing for me to continue repairing a 17 year old vehicle (like the old place did) they were honest and said it might be time to look in to a newer vehicle. My friend also had a great experience and says that she will go no where else from now on. I will be doing the same and have already been referring people to them.”
