The service is great! The spot is well done. It's definitely a dog park so the scent is there, but we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless with our drinks. We didn't try the food but the menu looked solid.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. GO TO FETCH PARK FOR BETTER EXPERIENCE :) All staffs are racists. If you are not white don't ever come here lol. They don't care aggressive dogs and staffs don't know how to manage a dog park.
An owner of aggressive dog spray water and kept saying cursed words and I was kicked out lol.
They don't listen to what I'm saying and kept telling what they heard from the aggressive dog owner and asking me if I'm going leave or not since the owner did not wanna leave. I know the staff would say I'm lying but I'm not.
Also, staffs are not trained. If you don't want make any trouble or bad things happen to your dog, please don't go here. At the dog park, people should not have hold their dog since other dogs might jump on ppl or whatever. This is common sense. But whenever dogs get in trouble or play tough, staffs will hold your dog. They should use dog corrector or whatever other things.
To manager, please train your staffs and yourself!

Off Leash is a fantastic spot! The food was absolutely amazing, and the dog park was super fun for our pup. Our waiter, Christian, was incredibly helpful and suggested many delicious items. He was also so sweet to our dog, making the experience even better. We hope Off Leash opens a location in Woodstock or Holly Springs—this place is a gem for dog lovers! 10/10 recommend!

Stopped by for a snack in passing, didn’t bring the pups this time but the dark park portion is huge and super nice. Half shaded half not.
Got two simple apps and both were knock out.
Fantastic service. Chase was on top of telling us all about the rules, deals and daily specials/events.
Super friendly staff. I will say it’s weird you can’t order food from the bar but they’re a newer place and figuring it all out I’m sure.
Would highly recommend with or without pets.

After posting initial review, the GM Aaron called me to discuss. I will say it was a little off-putting to be cold called vs an email, but he seemed genuinely interested in hearing about our experience and not just making up excuses. He apologized for their shortcomings and explained the things they are planning on changing. Aaron then offered to give us free passes and dinner in hopes that we'll come back and give them another chance. We will probably give them a few months to work out any further kinks. So, overall, give them a try if you want but don't hesitate to let them know of your concerns so they can get things right.
Was excited to try this place out today but ended up leaving. First, the entrance is unclear. There's a main door that we assumed was it but then it said no dogs allowed inside (?). Then we found an unmarked gate on the other side and still didn't know if that was the right way in. Finally my husband walked back to the front door and saw a sign to enter through the patio gate. Not clear at all and felt awkward walking past people dining. No employees said anything to us while trying to figure this out. Then, we finally found a long concrete floor hallway and then saw a girl at the very end of it and assumed that was where to go. She was not very welcoming or friendly. Again, no signs pointing you where to go or what to do, which is needed with multiple spaces when you're new. She should've been placed at the entrance of that hallway. Oh and the area that said no dog allowed inside- definitely dogs in there. Overall does not have a welcoming vibe at all. Not great decor, not great service, even for the short time we were there. Will stick with their competitor dog park.

Lots of dogs, friendly atmosphere, good food. I got sick from the food but it was still tasty (may have just eaten too fast). Entry into the park is kind of a pain as you have to walk all the way around to get in the dogs are lined up trying to get inside while people are trying to pay/check in.

If you’re looking for a nice spot to relax, grab a bite, and spoil your dog, this is it. Christian, Olivia, and Zach were so nice to tell me about all of the upcoming events and ways to get the most out of this great new spot in Alpharetta.

Our dog Wren loved this palace. Mom and Dad enjoyed great food and drinks while Wren made new friends. Look forward to our next visit!

Amazing place in downtown Alpha. Dogs had a great time and The personnel are so friendly and accommodating. Brighton + Christian are awesome. Believe they are going to have live music weeekly as well as Tues. trivia. Food is good. Drinks are super tasty.

LOVE this park, even more than the competitor park close by. Been here about 4x. The covered, fanned area is perfect for hot/sunny days or downpours, and I have been glad to have the cover in both situations. The pools and water bowls are always full and clean. The Dogtenders are very attentive and clearly love dogs. I really appreciate their presence. The food and food service is actually very good, and the outdoor dining area is comfortable and even has dog beds. (Also ice cream sundaes for the pups!) I like that there’s an indoor dining area for humans only too. Lots of options here. Can comfortably spend a couple hours here with my friends and our dogs and have a great, relaxing time. Also, they serve cold brew coffee all day, which is a huge plus in my book as a coffee addict. ? This place is wonderful for dog lovers!

This is much needed fill of this niche. It is done very well. The staff is absolutely terrific! They are so friendly. This is all new to us with our first dog and he is now 10 months. He is a small cavalier and the park is for all dog sizes. The dog handlers make sure every single dog is respected and well tended to. They seem to be everywhere and make sure no dog is overwhelmed by another dog. That is important. Newtown park is great, but people bring their aggressive, untrained dogs in the park and we have to leave. Your dog is in a safe space here.
There is plenty of nice seating with umbrellas. They have pools out and constantly evaluate the water freshness.
A nice bar inside the dog park. (No food).
We have had lunch a few times. The food is quite good and fresh. A couple of doggie desserts (ours will not touch that. But he will eat the small biscuit).
Location is one of the most ideal in Alpharetta. I hope they really make a nice go of it. We joined as "founding members" to give a nice kickstart for this community.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the off-leash dog park. Despite the promising concept, I encountered several issues that made my experience far from enjoyable.
First, the process of using the app to register my dogs and upload their vaccinations proved to be unnecessarily difficult. It would have been helpful to receive clear instructions about this requirement prior to my visit. It's isn't clear by their advertising or website.
Furthermore, the dining area was not adequately marked to indicate that dogs were not allowed in that area. This lack of clarity was quite frustrating, as it created confusion and potential discomfort for both patrons and their pets.
I must also mention the unkind and unsympathetic attitude displayed by the two managers. Their lack of empathy towards any issues experienced was disappointing and did not contribute to a pleasant atmosphere.
Moreover, I was appalled to discover urine on the dog pillow provided for my Yorkie and mini schnauzer. Additionally, there was dog hair scattered everywhere, including the dining area. This lack of cleanliness was highly unappealing and even resulted in hair floating into my drink and food.
Despite these negative aspects, I would like to acknowledge that our waitress was sweet and provided good service. Nonetheless, these positive interactions were overshadowed by the aforementioned issues.
In summary, the off-leash dog park did not meet my family's standards. The difficulties with the app registration, lack of clear signage, unfriendly management, uncleanliness, and overall lack of luxury left much to be desired. I hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements in the future.

I went there today and the customer service was awful! Service was very slow and management was unapologetic! Lots of great reviews but this is a real one!

I purchased an annual membership for my English Springer Spaniel, Gibbs. So far we've been very happy with the experience. It's well staffed and the food is good. We've been visiting 4x/week.

Went there with my son and his friend over the weekend. There is a lot of potential but needs work. Here are the things that need improvement.
1. If you are alone or with anyone under 18 I was told they have to stay with me the whole time. I couldn't go the the bar, without my dog or 10 year old son.
2. The gate was a HOT mess. People were opening one side while others were coming out the other side. Dogs were both leashed and not leashed in the middle. Some were almost escaping. There should be a fail safe for humans that don't understand how the process works.
3. Lack of water bowls for dogs
4. Didn't see anything being cleaned. Most of the employees were hurtled together talking and not watching the dogs.
5. There was dog hair EVERYWHERE while we were eating. The concept is great. But I had clumps of fur fall in my drink and food many times.
6. Lack of sitting area
What is great
1.Covered area for when it rains. However it is small
2, the food was fantastic!!
3. Love there is a nice bar, but unfortunately bot in the actual dog area.
