Dennis has been our service rep for years and he is the greatest. He is very friendly and VERY knowledgeable about our copier/printer. Even when we have gotten new machines he is very knowledgeable on them as well. He is very fast but also willing to help any way he can. He is also very professional, truly hope he never leaves because he would be dearly missed! We have also been happy with our Konica equipment and with all dealings with Novatech.

Someone was dispatched the same day we called. Brian L. was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was very thorough when checking all computers in our office. He explained everything that he did step by step.We are very pleased with Novatech, and Brian L., and will continue using them when needed.

Great service, great printers. Dennis Volkart the tech for our area can work miracles on keeping all of our printers going! It’s a pleasure to work with Dennis, great attitude! Turn around time on fixes it quite fast.

We have a contract with this company for 4 printers/copiers at work. When we moved a block and 1/2 down the street, we were not informed that we'd be charged almost $1300 for this move. This will be the last contract we sign with this non-customer friendly group. Steve, our technician, is the only good thing about this company.

DynaSis is now Novatech, Inc. Of all the companies I have worked for in my 27 years in business, this ranks dead last and warrants a zero rating. The company is a part of Trivest Partners, a private equity firm out of Coral Gables, FL. The CEO, Dan Cooper, formerly of Global, a printer company, has managed to produce the highest turnover of employees both voluntary and non voluntary I’ve ever witnessed. Employee morale is the lowest I’ve seen anywhere and the upper management he poached from his previous employer is more like a group of washed out older frat guys with little value add to what used to be a respected technology company in DynaSis. After being handed proprietary business plans and information from the CEO himself (from his previous employer) I knew I was in for a treat. The director of business development lifted his previous employers training program, copied it on to new slides and asked me to review it. I said you might want to take the Xerox and Global names off of the slides. The most unethical and incompetent group of higher ups I have seen in my career less a few who were present at DynaSis before the acquisition. Not hesitant to post because I have the documentation to back it up. From a customer standpoint you will probably find some happy technology customers as the IT side of the business doesn’t seemed tainted yet by new leadership. On the print side, I’m sure it wouldn’t take long to find hundreds of outraged customers that could tell you stories you think could only be made up. Thought I had seen it all until working here. Glad it’s part of my distant past and feel for those hard working ethical folks left behind. -David Marsolo, former Sales Manager, Atlanta.

Over the last 2+ decades, I have had the opportunity to work with systems solutions providers in a variety of settings, both with internal "experts" and outside vendors. Never have I had the consistent level of service I get from DynaSis! In the past, if I found a particularly helpful and knowledgeable team member who could solve my issue, I kept their direct information and called only them when I had problems. At DynaSis, it doesn't matter who takes my call because EVERYONE delivers a stellar experience! And they communicate with one another! So, if I have a repeated issue, they work together to make the resolution very quick and easy for me. As a remote employee, I rely on their service to keep my production where it needs to be! If you're using another provider, I'd recommend you talk with the team at DynaSis and see what they can do to make your business life easier!

I received a fast response from DynaSis and their technician provided accurate fixes to my missing email folders. In addition, he loaded their help desk program to my computer which will now allow me easier and faster access to their help center.I'm very pleased with the response, help and relief they provided on the last day of 2018 when many places were working on a skeleton crew.Very happy with their help desk and would recommend highly to others!

We have been using Dynasis for about 4 years now and I truly enjoy the staff weather on the phone or in person. They are so friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly always available.
