Once you've spent the $$$ it's hit or miss on the customer service. I bought a pre-owned XC60, within a month I realized the XC90 was what I needed. Took the car back in to trade and they thought the car was worth $6,000+ less after a month and 800 miles- mind you I bought this car already used (2018 with 30k miles). I was willing to take a hit to get into the car I SHOULD have bought- but after multiple conversations I was eventually ignored. Went to a nearby competing dealer and was able to get something else with no questions asked on the trade. Pretty disappointed as I was a 2 time customer.

I just wrapped up a purchase of my first Volvo. I want to share my amazing experience of working with Louis Dymant and the sales team at North Point Volvo in Alpharetta. He helped me immensely during the entire process. He patiently answered my questions and also entertained multiple requests for test drives. He stayed late to help me through the sales process in spite of dealing with a personal situation. I am grateful to Louis as he represented my side in the negotiations and made the transaction happen. Please look him up if you guys are considering a Volvo purchase. I have been using this dealer for my Volvo maintenance since 2013. The price is fair. The service is usually prompt. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. However, in my most recent visit $30 Shop Supply Fees was added to a $200 bill. There is no explanation on what exactly is the 15% Shop Supply Fees.

Bought our first Volvo this week from North Point Volvo. Anthony Jones was our salesman, and he was great to deal with. He answered all of our questions quickly, wasn’t pushy, and did a great job making the buying experience pleasant for us. Overall, dealing with Anthony and the folks at North Point Volvo was one of the best vehicle buying experiences we’ve had!

If I could leave a no star review I would. Worse car experience I have ever dealt with. I have multiple issues with a vehicle north point Volvo stated was in "immaculate" condition "no issues what so ever." As I was a cash buyer I'm very disgusted with how I was treated. As I questioned several times if the vehicle had any defects. I live in Ky and found the Volvo online and they shipped the vehicle to me. Upon arrival, this vehicles seatbelt on the passager side would not retract or lock. The black material on the door was damaged and they tried to touch it up with a black marker(which is very noticeable.) The leather had three torn spots in it. The window switch in the rear was broken. The vehicle was out of alignment. Silver trim around gear shifter was broken and sharp enough to cut. They also stated they did an inspection, however I took my vehicle to my local Volvo dealer where they found rodent damage to wiring. My local Volvo dealer has stated if a valid inspection had been done through north point Volvo the electrical panel not working would have been flagged, leading them to have to dig into a more deeper discovery of the issue. Like I stated we were told the vehicle was in immaculate condition as I feel that this purchase was misrepresented some material facts about the car that North Point Volvo has neglected. I WILL ATTACH PHOTOS OF DAMAGES FROM MY LOCAL VOLVO DEALER. And if I could post a video of the damage of rodents my dealer sent me I would. Through all this damage to the vehicle that was neglected to be told me to they have been unwilling to work with me.

We purchased a used Volvo from the team at Volvo North Point. Tony Craig was lead sales exec. One of the best we’ve ever dealt with in our 30+ yrs of buying cars. Thorough, patient and knowledgeable on his product. Ask for Tony when you get there. He deserves the focus (and the incentive pay). The closing process to us 30 min. Smooth, easy. Would highly recommend!!!!

Matt Price (in the Service Dept) understands how to deliver GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We've owned a Volvo XC90 for almost 3 years and recently did a major service. Within a couple of weeks from that service, the "check engine" light came on. Given our recent visit, Matt made sure that we were given priority and a beautiful loaner vehicle. He took the time to explain the issues and why they weren't uncovered in the prior service. He also kept us updated on the progress and through-in some "good will" at the end. The experience made you feel good about the VOLVO brand, the dealership, the Service Dept and Matt Price!

I highly recommend North Point Volvo, and specifically Louis. Both Louis and the finance manager were so easy to work with, knowledgeable but not pushy, and they helped me get exactly what I was looking for within my budget.Louis came in on his day off to make sure I could pick up the car after mine sold, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up just right. The finance manager stayed late to finish up my paperwork, and he was overall very kind and helpful.I never thought I’d be online recommending a car dealer… but here I am :) This one exceeded my expectations and didn’t leave me feeling taken advantage of, which has typically not been my experience buying a car. I would work with them again in an instant.

Just bought a XC60 from North Point Volvo. We were so impressed with the staff that helped us with our purchase, especially Anthony Jones. He was a great sales rep. He never pressured us but boy does he know his stuff. At other dealers we visited, the salespeople were always having to refer to their brochure but not Anthony. He knows Volvo's inside and out. As we were completing the deal, Tim and Will, both on the administrative side, were also great! Even the young woman welcoming us into the showroom was helpful. We would recommend North Point VOLVO and their staff anytime! Very professional! Excellent customer service!

We purchased our Volvo a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of working with Louis as our guide. Louis went above and beyond to make sure that we felt confident in our purchase. We wanted to have our car inspected by a third-party mechanic and Louis went out of his way to drive the car to the mechanic and pick it up for us, so that we could carry on with our own work schedules. His communication was prompt, filled with kindness, and elicited a keenness to detail. Overall, we had an outstanding experience here and would recommend this dealership to any and everyone. Anthony Jones at North Point Volvo was excellent to work with. he was patient and informative, and took his time showing us all of the features of our new car even after hours. We highly recommend him and would return again. The whole process was quicker than any other vehicle purchase we've ever had.
