I was in the market for a used Volvo XC90 Plug-In Hybrid and North Point Volvo had just the one I wanted. We walked in and ended up working with Louis Dymant. Louis made the purchasing experience really easy! There was a long wait time for the financing discussion, so he made sure to schedule for me to come back to finish everything at a time more convenient for me. And, his service didn't stop after the sale. He made sure that before I drove off the lot, all the features/presets were done to my liking. And, where there a few concerns that came up, Louis worked diligently to "make it right." He wanted to make sure I was happy with the purchase and made me feel valued.
As a side bar on the finance department - in my past purchases, that's where I feel the pressure of the sale with all the upsell options. That was not the case at North Point Volvo. I was presented with all my options and, then, was given the freedom to think and make the best decision for me. What a breath of fresh air!

My husband liked my XC40 so much he leased an XC90 a week later. We, again, had Louis Dymant as our sales associate. No high pressure, very patient and overall a great customer experience. We highly recommend the brand and Louis as your sales representative.

We were searching for a quality used safe reliable car for our teen driver and decided on a Volvo. My favorite part is the lack of pressure from the sales associates and their deep knowledge of the vehicles. Probably one of the smoothest car buying experiences we’ve had. I am a first time Volvo customer. I really like the cars but even better, the sales experience provided by Louis Dymant was exceptional. He was extremely professional and authentic. Never once did I feel like I was being pressured. I really appreciate the time Louis took to answer all my questions. If you’re looking for a Volvo and you’re in the Atlanta area, I highly recommend you ask for Louis. You will not be sorry.

Unexpectedly, I had to replace my volvo and went to North Point Volvo. Anthony Jones met me at the door and helped me select the perfect car for my needs. My husband and I purchased our Volvo in April and are absolutely loving it! Louis was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped us find the perfect car. The financing experience was also great with John. We were purchasing a vehicle for our company, so that can be a little more complicated, but it was a seamless process.
