I was scheduled for a routine service. I was quickly and politely greeted by Marcus Wise. He asked how I was and I stated not good and I might cry. I, in fact, did cry. He immediately approached me to console me with words and a genuine hug without any hesitation. It was exactly what I needed. He is the epitome of kindness and grace. There is no way to repay him for his actions. NP Volvo is certainly privileged to have him as an asset to their team. Thank you Marcus!!!!!

I have been using this dealer for my Volvo maintenance since 2013. The price is fair. The service is usually prompt. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. However, in my most recent visit $30 Shop Supply Fees was added to a $200 bill. There is no explanation on what exactly is the 15% Shop Supply Fees.

If I could leave a no star review I would. Worse car experience I have ever dealt with. I have multiple issues with a vehicle north point Volvo stated was in "immaculate" condition "no issues what so ever." As I was a cash buyer I'm very disgusted with how I was treated. As I questioned several times if the vehicle had any defects. I live in Ky and found the Volvo online and they shipped the vehicle to me. Upon arrival, this vehicles seatbelt on the passager side would not retract or lock. The black material on the door was damaged and they tried to touch it up with a black marker(which is very noticeable.) The leather had three torn spots in it. The window switch in the rear was broken. The vehicle was out of alignment. Silver trim around gear shifter was broken and sharp enough to cut. They also stated they did an inspection, however I took my vehicle to my local Volvo dealer where they found rodent damage to wiring. My local Volvo dealer has stated if a valid inspection had been done through north point Volvo the electrical panel not working would have been flagged, leading them to have to dig into a more deeper discovery of the issue. Like I stated we were told the vehicle was in immaculate condition as I feel that this purchase was misrepresented some material facts about the car that North Point Volvo has neglected. I WILL ATTACH PHOTOS OF DAMAGES FROM MY LOCAL VOLVO DEALER. And if I could post a video of the damage of rodents my dealer sent me I would. Through all this damage to the vehicle that was neglected to be told me to they have been unwilling to work with me.

Just bought a XC60 from North Point Volvo. We were so impressed with the staff that helped us with our purchase, especially Anthony Jones. He was a great sales rep. He never pressured us but boy does he know his stuff. At other dealers we visited, the salespeople were always having to refer to their brochure but not Anthony. He knows Volvo's inside and out. As we were completing the deal, Tim and Will, both on the administrative side, were also great! Even the young woman welcoming us into the showroom was helpful. We would recommend North Point VOLVO and their staff anytime! Very professional! Excellent customer service!

My car has also been maintained by certified volvo mechanics. Took my car to have the oil changed and it was a nightmare. I ended up needing a new thermostat. Next a alternator. Inoperable. When I questioned why all in a sudden all of this required service the staff Matthew Mark and And rude disrespectful as all ever. Please do not waste your time. Sense racism as well.

Went there for a recall and had an appointment. I was told to expect a 1 1/2 hour wait. After about two hours I went to go ask about the status of my car and found out that there were problems. I was told to go ahead and have lunch and come back and everything should be fine. I went to lunch to come back to find out that I still had problems and was offered a loaner vehicle. I called back the next day and was advised that my correct part had come in and I should have my car back the next day. I called back the next day and found out that the part had not come in and there was no status of when my car would be done. About a week later I received a call while on vacation advising that my car was ready. When I returned from vacation to go pick up my car I found out that it was not ready. My car ended up being completed the next day. The service manager was very friendly and kind to work with but not sure that I will ever bring my car back to this location.

Avoid North Point Volvo for your next car purchase. The new car manager and GM could care less about "earning" your business. Completely inflexible and obviously don't have a customer centric attitude. Maybe the chip shortage is playing into it, but if you are going to spend $75k on a car a little courtesy would be appreciated.

Not all car dealers are created equal - this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. I went through 3 dealers to try to buy my car before I got to North Point Volvo. This was an out-of-state purchase. I live in Colorado. My sales rep was Anthony Jones and Suzi Brown was the finance manager that put together all my paperwork. Anthony was the perfect point person for this deal. Within a few hours of inquiring about the car, Anthony had sent me lots of photos and videos and answered a few feature-related questions. We had a negotiated deal the same day and I had all the paperwork to sign the next day FedExed to me with a return envelope. A few days later the car was mine. The bonus is that the transporter I used showed up at 6pm on Saturday to pick up the car, past their closing time, and Anthony stayed behind and made sure the car got picked up OK. The car arrived at my house flawlessly. Thanks to the whole North Point team for making this a pleasurable purchase!!

I'd been looking for a car since October 2021 and finally purchased one in March 2022. It was a very pleasant experience and I'm thankful for Tony A (TA) and the staff at North Point Volvo. I'd already received financing from my credit union and found the car I wanted online. I had a car I could trade in but didn't mention it because other dealers had only offered a couple hundred dollars for a car that was paid off in full. After the taxes and fees were applied the car I selected was about $3000 more than what I'd been approved for by my bank. I explained to TA , I didn't have the 3k in cash to make up the difference and mentioned the car I had to trade. Within a day he called back and told me they were going to accept the trade in and when could I come test drive the car? If you've ever bought a car you know the high pressure sales tactics can be very intimidating and exhausting. I experienced none of that here and feel like I'm a Volvo customer for life just based on my experience with this dealer. I went in on a Saturday and got all the paperwork completed and picked the car up the following Wednesday. I could have gotten it on Monday but it rained for four days straight and who wants to pick up a new car in the rain (in Atlanta, where there are daily car crashes when the sun is shining)? I'm three days from having the car an entire month and I'm just as happy as the Saturday I went in to complete the paperwork and drop off the trade in. Very positive car buying experience. Buy from TA, he's gonna get the deal done, polite, patient and listens to your concerns. He's the car salesman you wish existed.

I have always hated the car buying process, but this time was different. Tony Craig was outstanding. He was informative, but not pushy. He guided us in the seamless sale of a new XC90. The process was simple and straightforward. I would highly recommend Mr. Craig, as well as the entire staff at North Point Volvo.

My husband and I recently attempted to purchase a certified pre-owned 2018 XC60 from NPV. We found the car at night and it looked pretty great in the dark and even in the lit garage. We were told that there was absolutely no wiggle room in the inflated price due to Covid. We agreed to the price as we were certain that we would be getting a great car because we were paying significantly more for a Volvo “certified pre-owned” vehicle. When we returned a couple of days later to pay (we had left a deposit). The car didn’t look good in the day light. All four wheels were severely damaged and there were big gouges in the paint. Also, only 1 tire had been replaced. As part of CPO, tires need to be replaced if the wear is 40% or greater. How could only 1 tire qualify? We asked our salesman to explain; he didn’t have an answer and instructed us to speak directly to Mark, the GM of NPV. After explaining the above issues to Mark, he said that we had already agreed to purchase the car and he was absolutely unwilling to fix the car or adjust the price. He very quickly told us that we were welcome to walk away. He was curt to say the least and our conversation lasted under a minute. NPV did refund our deposit without hassle. We then drove 2 blocks to Lexus and bought a nicer, newer RX350 for the same price. What a different shopping experience. Their CPO cars looked great. All of them had brand new tires and minimal pain damage. They also had much better warranties. They even worked with us on a little paint damage. In the end, I am glad that Mark dismissed us so quickly because we made a better choice. However, I feel for the Sales people at Volvo. We can’t be the first customers so easily dismissed.
