I had a fantastic experience at NMAH with Dr. Jen and her wonderful staff. We were able to get an appointment quickly, and Dr. Jen was incredibly gentle with Smokey during the external exam, which really put us at ease. She recommended blood work, and I’m relieved to say the results came back negative, all without a hefty price tag.
The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone seeking compassionate care and a supportive team for their furry family members.

Five star service! Reminds me of the old school method of vet care. The staff and vets are so warm and welcoming taking plenty of time with each client.

I’ve recently returned to Dr. Bishop and North Main Animal Hospital after several years of being pet-free. He previously took excellent care of both my cat and dog until their deaths. Since then, he hasn’t missed a step. His compassion and knowledge is remarkable. Dr. Bishop takes his time to discuss what’s best for both the animal and its owner including spending money where it makes sense. I’ve used other veterinarians in the area, but none were as consistently sharp as Dr. Bishop.

This is the second rescue boxer I have taken to North Main and the doctors and staff have treated us like royalty. I used to go to a much larger practice where it always seemed to be a big rush. I much prefer a smaller practice like North Main where you get to know the folks there. Thank you for everything you have done for my two pups!!!

Went for the first time this past week with my pup, Ari. The check in staff were super friendly and inviting. Dr. Bishop was awesome and just kept it straight without feeling like I was being "sold" something. I also like the fact that the appointment starts and ends with the vet instead of telling a vet tech everything and then retelling the vet the same exact thing when they come into the room. Dr. Bishop was super patient with my timid pup which is always appreciated. Will be back with Ari's sister later in the year when it's time!

My cat needed to have a dental cleaning and a few teeth extracted and NMAH was absolutely incredible. They got me scheduled very quickly, there was hardly any waiting time during both of my visits, and Dr. Di Cicco was phenomenal. She had both of our bet interests at heart, was completely transparent about the process, and answered every question I had. I cannot thank them enough for their help and will be visiting them again!

Chad Bishop is the dog whisperer! My shorthairs love him and the North Main staff. We have been clients since 2016. We now have a kitten and realize that he's also a cat whisperer! The best, most genuine care for our pets.

Everyone at this practice is incredible, caring and kind. I never feel rushed and I feel they truly care about me and my dogs. Dr. Bishop and Dr. DiCicco are both honest, empathetic, and trustworthy. I have confidence in the care and advice they give. I highly recommend them.

Yesterday my puppy swallowed a pretty large chunk of a bully stick. I called up North Main and Dr. Dicicco and his team was able to see her immediately and get the bully stick out without needing emergency surgery. The staff there is incredibly nice and I am incredibly grateful!
