I always get exceptional service from this pharmacy. They always call me with in 24 hours of my doctor’s order if not the same day and always go an extra mile to meet my mom’s situation. Very informative pharmacist with professional attitude.

I’m in town for my mother’s surgery and was needing to get one of her pain medications filled. Since we live out of state the doctor gave us a written prescription. I had called 10 other pharmacy’s in the area and had been inside two trying to find a place that had the medication she needed in stock. Turns out that medication is on a national back order. I called North Fulton Pharmacy to see if they had it in stock so I wouldn’t waste time driving there. The male pharmacist that answer the phone told me they had it but then told me I couldn’t fill it over the phone because they would need to have the prescription. As I tried explaining that I understood that and just wanted to verify before making the drive the man interrupted me multiple times and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence. He kept telling me over and over that I couldn’t fill it over the phone even though I wasn’t even trying to do that. I finally raised my voice to keep him from cutting me off but he still wouldn’t listen and then refused to fill the prescription and said they now didn’t have the medication. He was extremely rude to me and talked down to me while I was just simply trying to ask a simple questions that plenty of other pharmacies were able to answer. In all my years working in healthcare I’ve never seen someone act so disrespectfully by cutting someone off while talking and then purposefully withholding medication to someone in need. This is unethical.

I could not recommend this pharmacy more. I have never experienced a pharmacy that cares more about their patients than this one. I truly feel they care for me as they would their own family.

Very disappointed with my visit a couple of weeks ago. If I get frustrated with an issue, I usually don’t write a review for a little bit because I want to think about the situation and do some homework.My doctor sent in a prescription to “his friend “ who has a pharmacy very close by. Maybe that should have been a red flag ? ?When I went to pick up the prescription, he would not take my insurance, Good RX, or any other discount opportunities I had. Another red flag!? This guy charged me more than retail ($350.00) for a genetic prescription that unfortunately, I could have gotten for less than $25 at CVS and they had it in stock, after I had to do some homework. I had never had this prescription before but I felt pressured to get it and go because I was from out of town and had to get back home. He really didn’t care and said take it or leave it!After the fact, I called my doctors office and was told that he did take insurance and I told them what happened & to never send my prescriptions there again. Good luck and do your homework before you go to this pharmacy!

Now I’ve written some pretty horrible reviews when I’m upset. I had a slight issue with my medication. He took care of the situation very professionally. Very nice guy I dont see why some reviewers are calling him rude. He was nothing but kind to me from beginning to end. He was also Quick l had my prescription filled within 15 mins. And gave me a discount thank you.

I typically do not take time to write many reviews however I must tell you that these are the absolute best people that I have ever done business with… Big box pharmacy’s just treated me like I was an inconvenience just because I wanted my medication on time… i’m not even been asked to provide this review but if you wondering if you could find a more personal and customer service focused pharmacy then just go in there and see them. I wholeheartedly recommend North Fulton pharmacy.

Mike and his wife are wonderful neighborhood pharmacists. Extremely kind and polite. I can tell they get to know all of their customers and do out of their way to provide great service. If they do not have your script in stock the first time, Mike will order it for you every month so it's in stock for you specifically. Happened to me as I have a rare and expensive script, but he has had it ready for me every month for several years now. Can't recommend this place enough. Even when I was laid off, Mike helped by reducing my out of pocket costs as much as he could by taking money out of his pocket for a few months. Grateful for them! I drive an hour round trip to come here.

I have been with this pharmacy for 5 plus years and I must say that I have never came in and my medication was not in stock like at Kroger's. Mr Mike and his wife makes an excellent team. #1 Pharmacy in Atlanta area if you want my opinion. Love this place
