My provider and the nurses are great. Since the acquisition I have become rather unsatisfied with the practice. They have a policy of automatically scheduling follow-up appointments without consulting the patient. Furthermore, the patient is billed for not showing up to an appointment that they have not requested. Just happened last week. I don't know my schedule that far in advance and I am capable of scheduling my own appointments.Currently, I have received seven emails or texts asking for referrals, reviews, and surveys from an appointment on 3/25. This happens after every appointment. Here is your review.

My Appointment for fasting lab was @ 9:15am. I arrived early. I didn’t see the dr until 10:30am.That’s unsatisfactory.

I have been going to Dr. Jasmine Konn for a number of years. She is very thorough in her exams, she makes healthy choice recommendations to deal with issues and not just suggesting prescriptions. She has a warm temperament and really cares about her patients. I highly recommend!

I have had a generally good experience there. I have seen.multiple doctors there over the years and have been happy with all of them. I love the convenience of.getting labs, x-rays and stress tests all.right there. My only complaint is the wait can be long. I recommend getting an early morning appointment.

All doctors, staff and nurses were kind and helpful! I was in and out in 20 minutes, but still felt cared for and that all my needs were heard and addressed. The office is clean and beautiful! Thank you!
