I visited Nike today expecting at least a normal and mundane experience, unfortunately I received the exact opposite. From what I understand I was dealing with the store manager, Emily. She was not only extremely dismissive but also had a terrible attitude. When I came to write this review I noticed one from two years ago about this same store manager and the costumer having the same experience. Clearly this woman has been miserable for two years, I truly hope this store gets a better manager.. hopefully one that doesn’t hate herself.

Absolutely disgusting place. They sold me $200 shoes for me to find out they were 2 left shoes.. it ruined a surprise as a bday gift plus I had to drive back to the store. When I got there they took no responsibility for their actions. Refused to help. And said I would get a refund within 3 days.. so now I’m out $200 for no reason.. offered no gift card or anything. Absurd

I went into this nike location today. No one said hello or greeted me. I was the only one shopping in the store. And the store was empty. Their was 5 or 6 sales employees behind the counter In the back. I was not approached once. And asked if I needed any help. it was very unwelcoming. And hard to find an associate to ask them for help. Most of the items I was looking for was out of stock. I did not even bother asking for help. Because their was no associates in sight. I was very annoyed from the lack of customer service.

I've walked in multiple times over the last few months. I have not been greeted once. I work retail myself and I am blown away with their service at this store. It's funny I overheard the manager talking to the employees when I was in the store alone looking around. Talking to them about a conversion rate contest. I thought it was hilarious considering they do not want sales. I would never buy a thing from this location.

Walked in and no one else was shopping in the store. 3 or 4 people behind the counter and no one greeted, so I walked back out. Thought about walking in again to see if I’d get greeted the 2nd time lol.

worker was rude and kicked us out because of closing wen we couldve checked out and left if they gave us 1 more minutes and they told us they wouldn't take out business.

Good store but under staffed. There are things to be desired when it comes to customer service. They did have shoes that were not available at the larger Nike Company store in Lennox Mall
