It's a good store, however, the staff is not very friendly. They help out, but they all just have horrible attitudes and quite frankly are a bit rude. One of the employees there (could've been the manager) was a shorter bald man and was helping me out, but was not friendly at all. Thank you for the help, but I won't be returning.

Sabrina helped me for about an hour (2nd time I bought here, they were great last time as well). She was extremely patient and uber professional, recognizing my special needs and customizing the best solution for my feet. I really recommend Sabrina and the shop. I was very impressed. Thank you

We were looking for the size which was not available online and we’re unsure if we could get in-store as well. Luckily , this store has not only that size but variety as well.

Had a lovely shopping experience with my family today - the customer service was fantastic. When’s the last time a store associate opened the door for you to enter?
I’ll make it a point to shop here, in person, when I need new shoes.

Horrifying experience to cancel an order here. Salesperson lied about a delivery date knowing it was out of stock when I purchased. I tried to cancel the order (as they could not verify when it would arrive, nor when it would actually be in stock). Over the phone rep stated "I can't believe I'm arguing about shoes (???? a $200 pair I guess means nothing to New Balance North Point??) They REFUSED to cancel order over phone (a not too clever delay tactic that I thought was abandoned year ago - guess they are not aware of Amazon/Zappos/etc. etc). I explained that driving to their location was not possible so they refused to process an order cancellation. STEER CLEAR OF NEW BALANCE NORTHPOINT. Or try them on and order via Zappos. Their shop is the worst in Customer Experience I've had in DECADES. Good to know: Amazon does not require you to drive to Seattle to process a return. If Google allowed a zero star it would have been my selection.
Response: There is nothing on the receipt indicating a backorder - only "available 8/2" - when I called your store today, your rep responded with "these are on backorder and the sales person should have informed you on that" followed by "we can't honestly tell you when they will arrive" I won't waste my timer debating the credit card data. I was fine providing this over the phone. It's obvious that this is a delay tactic. I will NEVER purchase from this store again. Neither will my family. Zappos is far easier to deal with. My mistake thinking a high-end retail storefront equals high levels of Customer Experience.

Mark provided EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! His etiquette, demeanor and cheerful personality was VERY impressive, so much that I had to write a review. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the 530 style and the other styles I inquired about. He was so knowledgeable to the point I was thinking "I believe he designed and crafted these sneakers". Mark is TRULY AN ASSET for the brand and the company. I will continue to visit this location for purchases solely on his impeccable persona.

Absolutely Pathetically ran store with employees that don’t really give a damn their basketball shoes. Absolutely suck compared to nike or Adidas.

My podiatrist recommended I try new balance to help with recent diagnosis of plantar fasciitis. I purchased the shoes the sale person recommended but they never felt quite right and my heel flared up several times while wearing them the first month. I went back to the store because I felt like they didn’t fit properly as my heels kept slipping out. No one measured anything at my initial visit. The salesperson that helped me this time was great, adjusted the lacing and upsold several pairs of inserts even though I still had the inserts from the doctor that were less than two months old. My heel proceeded to get worse and the shoes still kept slipping. I decided to test out on my own and switched the inserts into my old Brooks about two weeks ago. Huge difference and pain has abated. The ill fitting shoes definitely exacerbated the fasciitis. I feel like no one wanted to acknowledge they should have fit me better, especially considering I spent over 300 on shoes, insert and socks. I am only giving 2 stars because the second sales rep recommended Vionic sandals for around the house that have worked out great

I buy a new pair of shoes every year. ALWAYS satisfied with the product and service. I tried a pair of hokas for a few hours and was very disappointed. New Balance has yet to disappoint. Also, the manager at North Pointe is a gentleman and a scholar, who was smart enough to marry waaay up.
