I worked with John Maguire and his team. Very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. I like the fact that they're not locked into one lending institution and can shop for the best rate. After the initial loan was established they were able to drop the interest rate twice with no additional cost to me. If the need arises I will definitely use them again.

Neighborhood Mortgage was recommended by our awesome realtor duo of Deryk & Debbie from Keller Williams and could not have been happier with the experience.We had a competing good faith estimate from another mortgage company but felt so much at ease negotiating the terms with NM. Night and day, really. I highly recommend them.

Linda Allen Lender BEST they have! We recently purchased a home and worked with Linda for our Mortgage. I can not express the phenomenal experience we had working with Linda! She walked us through every step of the way. She helped us understand our credit and gave the BEST advise on what we could do to make it even better! She followed up with us and checked in and that really made her feel like family. She is just that kind of person. She cared, she really did! She gave me the impression that she received some sort of personal satisfaction in getting us in a HOME, (not a paycheck). Look if you don't believe me call her, you will see. Linda just glows from the inside out and she knows her stuff and if she doesn't she knows how to get it. We were working with another Lender and I just didn't like her and really wanted to find someone that really wanted out business. What I know now that I didn't know then, was that Linda was a God send. She is a hand holder if you need one and she knows when to let you do your thing and give you space if you need it. I loved that she checked in on us to see how we were doing and if we needed something, which we always did! She was patient when talking to us and NEVER NEVER made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. I simply just can't say enough about Linda. If your not ready call her she will help you get ready, If your ready call her she will be sure your closed. Linda is a WIN WIN! Linda we will never work with no-one but you and our kids and there kids will work with you for as long as you will have us!!!! I only refer people to you and sing your praises when ever possible. Gems like you are a rare breed and it's hard to find. Thanks for your patients in working with us and getting us in our home. Your communications skills are Steller! Houston is our guy! He was completely honest, reasonable and transparent throughout the entire process. He stayed in contact with us from start to finish, and we had a little scare at closing when financing approval was delayed but as soon as we called him he made a call and got it pushed through immediately. We will refer everybody we know to go with Houston from now on. Thanks for all your hard work Houston! Very satisfied clients!

I rarely write reviews however when you get lucky enough to work with Jon Maguire and Shawna you make the time and you do just that. I’ve purchased 4 homes in last 2.5 years and have used a few lenders however I would never ever use a different person from here on out. Jon is a master at his job and finding the best rates and even our closing costs were significantly less. If you’re in the market don’t go anywhere else this Man made some impossible possible :). Thank u Jon and Shawna for being experts at what you do!!!!

I must say Jennifer Brown with Neighborhood Mortgage helped me tremendously. I was moving through the legal stages of divorce. I needed to decide my future living arrangements. Unlike many mortgage companies, Jennifer took the time to help me figure out which was best option for me at this financial stage in my life. Buying again vs. Renting? down payments, monthly payments, staying within my monthly budget, and how long did I plan to stay in GA? So many variables went into this other than just getting prequalified, finding a place and moving on. Jennifer did not treat me as just another mortgage. In fact based on the information I provided it was not in my best interest to buy right away. I appreciated Ms. Brown’s honesty and hard work. She could have given me a loan and sent me on my way. However, we decided on other options and that is what makes her FAR ABOVE the rest. Thank you Jennifer and to Neighborhood Mortgage for the prompt responses, professionalism and most of all going above and beyond.

When I came to Houston White with a tall order, he didn’t hesitate to serve the table with Southern hospitality in a New York minute. He did what many said was impossible, kept me calm…. and secured our loan in 5 days! Best in the business. 10/10 would recommend.
