Overtime on going to napa I've been there for the company I've work for and over time I've been there for myself ever part been rigth and the people that's employed there are very nice and very helpful sometime part are cost more but atleast you don't half to keep takeing them back there the best

Asked them to read a code on my truck for my check engine light and the lady laughed and said they dont have a code reader, guy sitting down behind Counter said they dont read codes..WHAT? UR AN AUTOPART STORE..Guess ill go to Advaced Autoparts where I can get stuff done

The last parts company that have employees that know anything about auto parts. I stopped at 2 other parts stores to find a part and their employees look in their computers and if doesn't list what they are trying to find they tell you that it doesn't exist. From now on I will go to those stores only to buy wash and wax products. Plenty of free parking available and handicapped parking and entrance is available.

These dude you're on it... You need it they might have it if not they'll go get it real quick. I know exactly what the heck you're talking about too. I find a lot of times the other auto parts stores have just people for my walks of life in there most don't know a whole lot about parts and automobiles and stuff they can figure it out but it just there's a learning curve and it hasn't happened yet but here these guys are all like gearheads it seems like they know what I think I'm a jig is and whatchamacallit and a left-handed this and that and they speak that language..
