The service to the customer is not too good. They don't treat the customer with courtesy.
I lost my money in a product that came incomplete,, they couldn't refund me me money because I don't had the box with it.
It was a radiator. .
What is your opinion about that people ?????

Prepare to deal with slow and unintelligent peopleI literally stood at the checkout with the item I was ready to purchase an old Mexican man sat there on his phone and did not pay attention to me when asked if he was done yet he rolled his eyes at me and walked into the back leaving zero people up front to help.

Not sure of her name but employee #10 on our receipt was amazing and very helpful. We had a faulty alternator and the return/replacement went very smoothly! Thank you!!

9/23/2020 I’m actually a dealer myself and I know the importance of customer service. 1:02pm I just left out of this store and the sales rep was HORRIBLE! He seemed to be prejudice, ignored me for about 35mins and was extremely rude when trying to assist me. I walked out, I would never buy parts from this store ever!!!!Associate seemed to be very racist!!!!I am writing this review in the parking lot.This place will never get my business and I will spread the word to other local dealers and franchise dealerships in the area.If I could give no stars I would!

Always short staff. Poor communication skills. Staff walks around doesn’t offer to help. When finally getting help staff members don’t give any respect.
