I have been coming here for the past 6 months, mainly because it's close to my home. It's convenient. Tammy and her daughter are lovely and do nice work. However I eve experienced 4 broken nails. I've come at 1pm before to get them repaired and whomever runs this place weekdays in the mornings are just not friendly. Normally Tammy or her daughter do the designs. They are quite talented but no one else does or they act like they don't. So one time, I got my nails done for a trip in April. My nails broke off upon coming back 5 days later as I was arriving home. I went the next day during my lunch time at 1 pm and the lady acted like I was asking for something super difficult. It wasn't. I could of done it myself [ I have gone to school for nails] but color matching would of been an issue and one hand dexterity plus color matching would of been challenging. She looked at my perplexed and asked me to come back later bc she don't do designs. The designs are simple but OK. This weekend I went again on Saturday, in my sleep my nail broke. I woke up on father's days with a broken nail. They aren't open on Sundays so fine, I go back this morning at 10:10am. The lady in there this morning, with zero customer service skilled told me to come back later. I have no designs this time. Just a broken nail that I just got done on Saturday late in the afternoon. Less than 24 hours later it was broken in my sleep. How? Again, I could have fixed this nail myself but color matching would be challenging and I shouldn't have to. This would take like 10-15 mins to fix or less. She also, looked at me perplexed and told me to come back later as if people just have time to just throw away coming back. Whenever it comes to taking my money for a full service it doesn't matter when I show up but when it comes to taking ownership for the shop's issue it's like "come back at another time, we r too busy". Again this doesn't reflect on Tammy or her sweetheart daughter, they go above and beyond. This is about the lack of customer service of the shop in general. My job is super demanding, I can't just come on a whim to fix a problem that should not have happened to begin with. I can't come during workhours. And I cant wait 3 weeks with a broken nail, this is stupid. I hate leaving bad reviews but I'm mad.

These people are litterbugs. Under Roswell City ordinance, it is not legal to place handbills, ads, etc on vehicles in a public place. This salon plastered tons of cars in the Trader Joe's/ PetSmart parking lot which resulted in a remarkable amount of litter all over. This is frustrating to both the drivers of the cars and the employees of all the businesses. This shows a complete lack of respect to the public and the law.

Visited nail concept for the first time this evening and it was a great experience. David did my pedicure and did an excellent job. Haven’t had a pedi I was this pleased with in years. It’s less than a mile from my house and will be my go to nail salon from here on out. Thank you!!Service: Pedicure

Tried this place on a whim after my normal place was booked. They barely pushed my cuticles down and snipped the dead skin. Filling was almost non existent. Polish job is pretty bad. Seemed like there was a rush to get me out of there despite the fact that I was the only customer there. Will not be returning.

I had such a great experience here! I was getting tires put on around the corner, so I decided to wander around and found this place. My technician was very thorough with my SNS and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will definitely be recommending them and coming back again!Services: Dip powder

I have been coming to Nail Concept for so many many many years! I keep coming back because the customer service is so Great! I'm a nurse so my legs are Always tired and my hands as well and in need of a lot of pampering!! Nail Concept and each of the nail specialists that have taken care of me over the last more than 20 years have Always been extremely professional and very kind!! I Always leave feeling so much better than when. I arrived!!! Thanks for Always going that extra mile Nail Concept! Your commitment to excellent customer service does NOT go unnoticed!! That's why I'm still a very loyal customer after all of these years!! ( The other really Great thing is many of the same people I see each time I visit!! I don't get in quite as often as I would like too as I'm the very busy mom of triplets but I certainly go every chance I get and will be coming on Tuesday of next week if all goes as I'm planning!! My favorite salon!! Very clean, the staff is so polite and friendly, never a wait time, prices are fair and my nails are always perfect!!! They also give the BEST massages!
