Purchased my vehicle in late September 2015, and as of today (1/25/16) NTAG still has not delivered title to the State or to my lender. There have been repeated promises that the issue will be handled, but four months later nothing has changed.

Cris was awesome. We were a bit nervous getting a used car so I took it to a mechanic. He said normally when he does inspections there are a ton of things wrong with used cars. He couldn't find a Single fault. Add to that the spectacular service, and I'd recommend N-Tune to anyone!

I had the best car buying experience of my life with N-Tune Auto Group. I have primarily bought new cars over my many years of car buying but my transaction with N-Tune has made me think that buying used is the way to go. Mind you, I purchased my car from over 1,200 miles away and bought the vehicle sight unseen. The car was everything Cris, the owner of N-Tune, said it would be. Plus he saved me $200 on the shipping and it arrived two days early. I highly recommend N-Tune to any prospective purchaser without any hesitation.

My experience at N-Tune was great. Cris is not like you normal car salesman. He is very knowledgeable and has a passion for cars and the customers. Cris treated me like a friend and not just like a client. N-Tune Auto has the lowest price around hands down. I got a great price on a amazing used car and then he went out of his way and had to detailed for me for free! Awesome guy and a great dealership. I will buy for Cris again.

Cris was wonderful to work with and followed through in a most unique way. He literally went the extra mile or 25 miles to drop off the title and was a gem to work with if one believes actions speak louder than words.

I don't know where to begin, I'm still in shock as to how smooth and painless buying my car was through N- Tune Auto Group. Cris went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order before we made the almost 5 hour drive to pick up my car. Cris was beyond professional, and makes you feel as though you were buying a vehicle from a friend instead of a dealership/ car lot. Actions always speak louder than words, and All I can say is I would definitely do business with N-Tune Auto Group again. Also, Thanks for my awesome little car, Cris, I LOVE IT!!!!!!

I recently bought a 2011 X6 BMW from Chris at N-Tune Auto Group. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Not only did he get me a great price but he was available after the sale for questions I had about the car. I flew down to GA from MI to pick the car up and drive it home. Chris picked me up from the airport and had everything ready so I could get on the road. He also put 22" rims on it which made it look sensational. It's not often you find someone as trustworthy and hard working as Chris in that business. I will send ANYONE who is looking for a used car to him.

My experience with N-Tune Auto Group has been 100% from the first day I contacted them. Chris is very knowledgeable about every car he sells. If you are very meticulous, and want everything to be perfect, this is the place for you. Chris will bend over backwards to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Not only do you get an amazing car, but also a friend with similar interests as you (high performance luxury cars). N-Tune Auto Group has completely changed the way I see a car dealer, there was no pressure to buy and they will customize the car to your specs. Personally, I had a few trim pieces painted gloss black. I was going to change everything myself when I got the car, but Chris recommended it and I went ahead and let them do the work and it turned out better than I thought.
