I had a terrible experience with this store. First, they delivered the wrong French horn. When I contacted them, they replaced it with a broken one. They attempted to fix it, and it worked for only one day. When I tried to return it, an employee told me to come back the next day due to a "system issue" and to speak with the manager.
I returned the next day and spoke to a different employee. When I asked if the system issue was resolved, she said there had been no issue at all. I called the manager, who did not apologize or offer any refund.
Avoid this store at all costs.

The kind employee Jonah at the store helped me unstuck my trombone, its working perfectly now all thanks to them. The employees at this store are all very skilled and helpful.

Great place- the only reason for not giving 5 stars is they said it would take 5 weeks to fix my daughter's clarinet and it took 3 mos plus.

This store is a scam store. For all the parents who are about to buy private lessions from this store, please listen to my story first. My daughter went to the middle school for the first year and signed up for band. I went to this store to rent a flute. 1-2 weeks later, I got an invitation email saying they were giving us a free private lesson so we went. At the end, the front desk lady (thin lady with glasses) asked me if I was interested in a deal buying 3 lessons and getting 1 lesson free. I was hesitated at that time so I turned around asking my daughter and she said fine. So I handled over my credit card. She didn't explain anything more to me and she didn't give me disclaimer to sign. To me, it is just additional 4 lessons for my daughter to get her started. Last Wednesday I took my daughter for her lesson and another store worker told me we have 6 lessons in my daugher's account. I was like what?!! I only purchased 4 (3+1 free), how did the 6 lessons come? It turned out that they lured you for "a free lesson", then threw your a "good deal" and at the same time under table turn on the automatic renewal charge on your credit card forever without explicitly telling you so. I was angry and the thin lady said she would ask the Music&Arts corporation to refund me and I "should be hearing something by Saturday". Of course I didn't hear anything. I called the corp customer service line, they immediately said they only "charged the credit card" and didn't care about the lessons and asked me to go back to store. Then the store said they only cared about lessons, they didn't do or control the charge and I needed to go back to Corp. Like you see, I was getting "ball kicking" between the store and Corp. I paid about $100 for the 3+1 lessons, they secrectively charged me another $148 for "next month" and forever go on if I didn't find this out. What a scam store and croporation and very unethic business practice. This is not huge amoutnt of money but it hurts as the trust has been broken. I have never thought a decent size company like Music&Art would pull this kind of trick to their first time customer. The store manage Brian said he has "trained" his employee to inform customer however that thin lady did NOT inform me about the repeative charge and automatic charge at all. I would have immediately turned that off $150 monthly charge. Anyways, this is my story. BTW, the corp customer service lady said Music & Art required "Written notice" even if you want to cancel their lesson, let that sink into your heart (a potential trick to trick you again if you thought it would be just a call). All they do is to lure you in for "a free lesson" and sell a package with hidden string without explicitly informing you of the auto renewal. So roll your own dice there. Nothing is "free" and it will probably cost you more. Just watch our for your hard earned money, would you? Run away from this store as far as possible.

I think they even don’t deserve to have 1 star.. my three kids were taking piano and drum lessons from here for a few years..and I spent thousands of dollars for those lessons there.. it was okay until may but I don’t know what happened during summer they are totally disaster now. Kessler who is at the front desk is extremely rude.. I have never seen someone like her with poor quality before. they have very big management problems and I think they will not to have either teacher or students soon if they continue like this.

Great service. Knowledgeable and personable young man restrung a guitar for my grandchild, and shared a lot of knowledge with me as he was doing it. Great store.

I love this place, Tim was so so good. He was most patient with clients and especially was able to help me and my son find what we need. I wish we live closer to this location. I live in Suwanee/Johns Creek and my son is taking sax lesson at that location. The customer service should be improved a bit more there…they need a bit more empathy.

I recently purchased an acoustic guitar from this Music and Arts store. Jacob was very helpful and knowledgeable, and he made my purchase a pleasure. There was however an issue that arose, and it is my pleasure to say Jacob and Mario the manager took care of it correctly, promptly and in the way we wish all companies would handle their problems. Thank you Jacob and Mario I am happy to tell you I will buy again, and I am happy to recommend you!

Never enter into any rental contract with this store. They give damaged instruments and take months to repair without giving a loaner. Extremely rude staff when you ask difficult questions. Don’t recommend to anyone.

I place my order for Clarinet and accessories. Luckily they provide the enstrument. But no accessories after 3 weeks. Even I called 2 times. All their excuse is backordered and I need to wait 3 more weeks. While I place the order there were no information about backorder. Also customer rep hang up the phone on me. Do not recommend!!!!
