“This is just a review for the wonderful staff in the electronics/media section.I had a terrible experience at another Target when the website said there was plenty of stock of a CD but the staff refused to check in the back for me because they keep everything in the back and not on the shelves. He had a terrible attitude. I came to this location after and the young woman staff asked me if I needed any help as soon as she spotted me. I asked for some help finding the CD and she immediately said she knew what I was asking for and would grab it from the back. I finally got my CD.I didn't get her name but thank you for the help and wonderful experience after I was so upset at another Target.”

After working a long day in the hospital I called Amos on his off day. Due to loyalty to T-Mobile, he called the Alpharetta branch and my wait time was shortened tremendously. “I just got a new phone. I came to the Crabapple store, and somehow, I couldn't get into my phone ( I was messing around with my settings) ? of course, I was freaking out! The store was open, but the door was locked, Nick was having his break, was in his car, and saw me. Came up to me, ON HIS OWN TIME, and fixed my phone so I could get in and use it.Outstanding service and a very kind, respectful young man! “Customer service representative was very helpful. Seems like there was a breakdown in communication with the owner of the Sugarloaf Mills location which caused a delay in response time. I'm not totally satisfied with the outcome but the representative did want she could and followed up with me while we were waiting on the Sugarloaf Mills location.”
