I had a brief encounter with this company YEARS ago (it didn't go well) and I have requested MULTIPLE TIMES that they remove me from their call list / mailing list / whatever, and I continue to receive mail and phone calls them. It is so frustrating. T A K E M E O F F O F Y O U R L I S T S !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Myself and my husband's experience has been excellent+++++ above and beyond with our Mortgage Consultant Mr. Lance Mason. I received a $1,000.00 check in the mail and originally called to get an authorization code for a loan with this check. Mr. Mason was kind enough to help and discuss other options such as the equity cash-out refinance and as my husband is a veteran we would be able to do the VA guaranteed with zero money down. He was also the only Mortgage Consultant that ever gave us the information on the VA IRRL program which is an interest rate reduction loan after 6 months as long as we pay on time and don't take on new debt. We both had never heard of this program before talking to Mr. Mason. Mr. Mason has been great to work with, so helpful and was very thorough with explaining everything. He always got right back to us via email or phone if we had any questions. We also our giving a shout-out to Nataliya Kourliak, Senior Processor who also was very helpful and thorough with getting her part done. We're both just greatly appreciate all the hard work and dedication from Lance Mason as well as Nataliya Kourliak. We both highly recommend Milend Inc. and our Mortgage Consultant, Lance Mason
to anyone looking for a mortgage loan or cash-out refinance.

Looks like they are baiting people. I recieved a check with a 9% interest offer. Reading it seems like all I need to do is deposit it. This is not the case. Do not waste your time and the hit on your credit. They just want to refinance your home.

This company is scam.they mailed me check and now they want to run my credit again.basically mail u valid check which isn't good and if we deposit it will return..we should report MILEND .
If I had deposit tjus check my bank would flag my acount for forgery check.

It's a SCAM ! They sent me a live check with a low interest rate as too good to be true. I contacted them and let them run my credit. He than called me back and wanted to talk me into refinancing my house and consolidate debt by borrowing against my house at a higher interest rate then I have. He never even mentioned the 'live check ' I was interested in. When I told him I was only interested in the check he immediately said It was not approved. Obviously they are targeting people who have equity in their homes and send these checks hoping that you will authorize them to run your credit giving themselves a helping hand to the front of the line beating their competitors.

The communication started off a little slow to me because I’m a do it right now person but Lance and Scott were very patient and understanding with me and in the end provided results that my previous loan company couldn’t provide, I’m forever grateful to both of them.

If it sounds to good to be true normally it is. I received a letter for a loan with a small finance charge, however what they failed to mention was that it was only a ploy to get you to refinance of take out a larger loan. Had I know this, I wouldn't had my credit ran. It's a big scam!

First of all, why are you sending me filled out "live checks"? Second of all... $1,000? I don't know who is running your stuff homie but that's pocket change over this way.
Make sure you read all of the negatives here. This company could not be more sheisty. I'm not sure why or how companies like this are allowed to exist but I for one would like to see regulations put in place to have things like this shut down.
