My review is not on your business, it's on a young punk that works there. On Tuesday morning 3/19/24, approximately 7am -7:20 am I was aggressively tailgated by one of your employees on midway road. He drives a white pick up. Guessing his report time to work was probably 7am and he was running late reason why he had to tailgate. I was already traveling 55 mph in a 45 mph but that was not good enough for him. He pulled up on me so closely that I couldn't even see his head lights. Almost ramming me and then would back off a little bit and then speed up almost ramming me again. This behavior is ridiculous and he is the reason why our car insurance rates are going to continue to go up. Because young punks like this cause the accidents. Maybe he'll learn his lesson when he kills somebody!

Horrible customer service. Walk in here right at 5 PM and no one will help you they kick you out the door. I begged and pleaded for someone to help me so that I would not have to go to the orange store and they could’ve cared less.

Great quality lumber, nice people. Prices are close to the big box stores and they load it up for you. Why wouldn't you shop here instead?

Mr. Calvin K. took us through the process of ordering windows. We did not ask which windows were best energy efficient which I now regret! But on the day of installation he arrived with his crew (July 2022) and installed all windows and two doors in two days I believe. Of course I would recommend this gentleman. He was prompt, courteous and easy to work with too.

I have lived down the street from Midway for the last 7 years. I bought a house that needed a huge renovation and over the last 7 years I have bought the bulk of building supples from them (AdvanTech, windows, doors, etc). I began working with Edwin from the beginning all the way till the end. He was absolutely perfect, along with the delivery guys. Edwin's communication and knowledge is excellent, and every single order was correct. He is also very thorough.I am going to sell my house here soon and move out of state, but I would recommend Midway and specifically Edwin to anyone out there who wants good service that you almost never find at the big box stores. Thank you for everything!
