Mattress Firm and Serta do not honor their warranty. My mattress developed a giant divot within a year. Mattress Firm and Serta keep blaming each other. Meanwhile I had to purchase a new mattress elsewhere because I can't sleep in a hole.

Thank you Robert for finding a great deal for our Stearns and Foster mattress. He helped educate us on the different mattresses we were eyeing and the differences between them. I love how firm and springy my mattress is. My old one from Amazon dipped in the middle very quickly and was painful for my spine.
Appreciate the post delivery customer service too.

Darcy was wonderful throughout my shopping experience and I would highly recommend her and Mattress Firm Mansell at Northpoint. She was patient with all my questions both over the phone and in store. She was knowledgeable about all her products, friendly and even funny. I am very glad to have met such a delightful and capable young woman.

When I walked into mattress firm, I was greeted with so much hospitality from Zanea, a.k.a. Queen Z she was very informative and knew her stuff about every mattress in this store. I really couldn’t say no to all the deals that she was offering us. I loved her enthusiasm and I love her hospitality. Whoever is reading this you need to give her a raise or a promotion

Really good mattress buying experience. We wanted a high end option. When we told him what we were looking for, our sales rep even gave us an option to help us save money, without being prompted. Then, when he misquoted a price for pillows, he later saw that the price had increased to double what we were quoted. He honored the quoted price and saved us $200 on those alone. Would definitely recommend.
