The store has a huge selection for kids so if that is what you are looking for then this is the store for you. Other than that the purse, shoes, clothes and houseware sections are probably the worst and most outdated I’ve seen in a Marshall’s in a very long time. Also, the clearance prices are ridiculously high. It was giving old navy scam pricing. Anyway, my real shopping ladies, Do yourself a favor and check out the Ross next door…which ironically has the best selection I’ve seen in a Ross in a long time lol. That buyer knows what to do

Ernesto was so friendly and happy. ? He was even singing, which was wonderful. Nice to see people smiling & enjoying their job. Please give this man a raise!!! ?????I buy so much stuff at this Marshalls. It’s ridiculous. ??♀️? Really love the low prices and huge selection of Home organization items, shoes, clothes, kids items. ?❤️?Oh yes and I’m like Ross you can take the carts outside. Thank you for that. ??

I got to a lot of marshals, and I really have problems. Sure sometimes the line is long but that's any store that offer. Good items. This particular store offered horrible customer service extremely rude employees, and essentially was of no help at all. I was roaming around the store looking for things and noticed a large Samsonite golf travel bag. The golf travel bag had a clearance price tag on it attached via the security tag so it was not a tag that somebody who did not work there could not have placed on it because it went through the actual security. it did have some minor scuffs to it so it looks like maybe it had been used in returned or was not in new condition. I brought it up and waited in the very long line to purchase it because I thought I would make a good bag when I travel. the young lady at the register scanned it and told me that is not the correct price. I inquired how would she know that's not the correct price and she said we don't sell Samsonite at this price the sticker is blank. She then called the manager manager over who punch some numbers into a handheld device called the lady. Yes that is the correct thing. She then went and got another piece of Samsung night mortgage. It said no it should be this price he told me sorry this is the price it should be because both of these are Samsonite. Now my one of them was used. One of them was not one of them was on clearance, and one of them was not. so I declined to purchase it at that point. I was told well why did you bring it up here if you didn't want to purchase it. I kindly replied I wanted to purchase it at the price that your store price that. I was told clearly that price was a mistake and I should be smart enough to realize it at that point. I contacted corporate office about my day. I've never had a issue like this at any Marshalls, Ross Burlington any discount style store that I've been in and I will not be returning to this one.

Good deals and great selection.Waiting in a long line with multiple employees standing around doing nothing until assistant manager Dean stepped in. Dean seemed to be running the store by himself. He could not have been nicer and I would recommend him for store manager any day!
