Excellent work on washing the exterior but found a couple of large scratches on my week old tint on my windshield after. Pretty disappointed.

Good and fast service, at least at the time I went there (around 3PM on a Monday). I got the Ultra wash, most complete thing in their menu. Car was very clean afterwards though there was some dirt still in my panel, and one of the windows had some spots. Also, it would have been great if they had use some freshener after cleaning inside to give it that "just washed" perfume we all like in really clean everyone. This is why it's not a 5 star for me. 4 is pretty good!

Pretty good. Love the lounge area. Took a while for the greeter to come around. They forgot to clean my inside front windshield. Car was overall clean. Kinda wish someone would go over the car with you before you leave. Tire shine flings off when you drive away ?

I had never been to a detail shop but my older Avalon was water spotted and had many fine surface scratches. The Correct and Seal treatment did a great job of restoring the overall appearance!

I took my car to Mammoth detailing for the first time today. As I was looking over the job at the end, I noticed a plastic piece sitting in my cupholder. When I asked the attendant about it, she said that it was part of my cupholder and was not broken by them. This is a blatant lie! I spend a lot of time in my car for my job and know exactly what kind of condition it is in. The cupholder was in perfect condition when I dropped it off for them to wash. I’m curious what the management is going to do to rectify the situation???

Absolutely fantastic! I've been going to Mammoth for over ten years. They have always been very professional and have taken really good care of our cars. The mobile unit experience was exactly the same, but with the convenience of not having to leave the house. I urge everyone who's ever wanted their car cleaned, but was a bit too busy, didn't want to wait at the salon, or didn't want to drive across town to give this new service a try.
