I am so glad Rocco opened a garage in Alpharetta! I drive German cars, so I’ve been waiting for them to come around for a while. I had the best experiences since I started going there. I initially went to have my brakes done, I was told by another well-known garage that I was due for new brakes which I found a little bit weird since I didn’t drive that car too much anyway from last time the brakes were done. I called Rocco to get an estimate for the brakes. I got the most reasonable quote from Rocco than the other European garages in the area, so I decided I would have them do the brakes and dropped my SUV. I was in doubt that I needed brakes, but I am not a mechanic I assumed that the mechanics from where I get my oil changed knew best. Well instead of pocketing the money, I was told after I dropped my car at Rocco that I didn’t need brakes. I was so thrilled to know that those guys were so honest and didn’t take avantage of a woman. The customer service is top notch! I ended having other work done and I am so happy with the results. I plan on having them do other recommended maintenance work for my cars. I highly recommend Rocco. They are cheaper than other European garages out there… and everyone is so nice at this location it might be the best decision you’ve made for your car and your wallet. Give them a try well worth it!

Quality work. Great mechanic. After 400,000 miles, I named my car after my mechanic. (Jeremy)

Unfortunately not the same with new management. Pricing no longer seems reasonable and customer service was not where we expected it to be. It's a shame as we had heard so many great things about Main Street Automotive.**Update: Gino did reach out to us several times wanting to learn more about our experience and seemed very receptive of our concerns and comments.Service: Oil change

Brought in my car with a check engine light on. They said oxygen sensor and I paid $225. Light came on again, this time spark plugs and ignition coil and I paid $176. Light came on again, this time they gave me a list of several items and the bill came out to be $637 which I had no choice but pay hoping this will take care of the problem. 2 weeks later light on again. This time they told me a new part need to be replaced and quoted $512. I finally got sick of paying and problem never getting resolved. All this happened within 3 months. I would never go back or recommend this shop to anyone.

The water pump on my 2018 Jeep needed to be replaced and Main Street did it for $595 vs. $950 quoted by their competition! They were very professional, friendly, and did it in a few hours. I highly recommend them and will be taking my Jeep to them for all repairs in the future! Thanks for the great service.

To anyone looking for a reputable repair shop that does honest work, especially if you are a female, you won’t find it here! I made an appointment to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and brakes checked. I dropped off my car Thursday evening for a Friday morning appointment. During the appointment, I was informed that I needed my serpentine belt and spark plugs replaced. Fine, no big deal, my car just hit 100,000 miles so it was time. I approved those repairs, but when I went to pick up my car Friday evening, my check engine and slip indicator lights were on. I dropped my car off with just a low tire pressure light on. When I ran a test, it came up with a P0368 error, meaning they messed something up during the additional repairs. Because they are closed over the weekend, I was unable to get additional repairs done that were needed, and I was out a car longer than I needed to be due to their negligence. When I came back to let them know that the light was still on, Jonathan tried telling me that the light was on when I brought it in, which was not true. They refused to look at my car again until after I had to raise hell, which they still just glanced at and was SURE it wasn’t their fault. Well, low and behold, after I took my car to another auto repair center, turns out it WAS Main Street Automotive’s fault - they did not reconnect a cam position sensor after working on my spark plugs. Even the place I took it to couldn’t believe that this was missed!Services: General repairs & maintenance

I had a good relationship with them for the first 5 yrs, but it has continually worsened in the last couple of years. Overall customer service and cancellation of scheduled appointments are my two biggest issues with this place. Truly disappointing to see them head in this direction. I’ve been a good customer and have recommended them to numerous other people. To see the level of professionalism and service decline has been very disappointing!

I brought my car in to have the front left Wheel inspected. There was an obvious noise coming from that tire and I gave an extremely descriptive description of the noise and what caused it to come and go. With my previous knowledge of vehicles I was inclined to believe it was a wheel bearing issue and asked them to inspect it. They test drove the vehicle and put it on the rack and then came and got me later. They showed me what they indicated was bad struts and told me it was going to be $1,200 to replace. That did not match the issues I was having at all, so I decided to jack the vehicle up and inspect it myself at home. When I went to remove the tire, I realized that two lug nuts next to each other were extremely loose, which I instantly realized to be a potential cause of the noise as it closely matches the issues I would have seen from a wheel bearing going out. This tells me that main Street automotive did not even bother pulling the wheel off the car to inspect any of the components. If they had when they put it back on they would have fixed the issue. Instead, they tried to charge me $1,200 to perform a service that is routinely done for under $800 and wasn't even the source of my problem. I do not recommend main Street automotive for any automotive services. I believe that level of attention to detail more than likely carries over into their other work practices and I would avoid them completely.I simply tightened the two lug nuts and the car drives perfectly now with no noises.Service: Steering/Suspension
