Initial experience was very positive, but after the 1st year things went downhill to the point that the agent was not responding to email or phone calls. I understand that I was one of many customers, but I have tried to reach the agent for over 2 months to no avail.

I switched to the Main Street Agency last year as my previous agent had gotten complacent and the service was sub par. Not only did I save over $2000 annually between car and home insurance, but the service levels are the best in the industry. Matt Reeves and his team are second to none. I am also in the mortgage industry and refer all my clients to the Main Street Agency. I highly recommend the Main Street Agency for all your insurance needs.

I got referred to this agency and have had lots of issues. When I first switched over, I was quoted an amount for car insurance that was $100 cheaper than the insurance I had at the time. Then, 1-2 months later, my insurance went up by $100. When I contacted the agency, I didn’t get an answer as to why my insurance had went up when all the information I gave was correct. It has been at least 2 months and I’m still getting the run around about my insurance. I was never given any information as to why it went up. I was told multiple times by Matt that he was waiting for corporate to get back to him... That has never taken 2 months with any other business. Last month, I had to get a new car and I called to verify how much my insurance would be a month for the new car before I purchased. I didn’t want to transition to a car where I would end up paying a lot more a month. I was quoted one amount with the VIN I gave, and now I look at my account and it’s $40 more than what I was told. I don’t appreciate constantly being lied to and I don’t feel like the agent listened to me or cares about my concerns. Each time I called it’s “i was just about to call you”. No... you weren’t. They don’t respect me or my business and I wish I didn’t switch over to them.
