Very limited staff for help. Guy that eventually helped me had a serious masculinity issue, as if I was trying to prove smarter than him or something. It was weird.

I can’t say enough about Bob in the paint section. He worked with me to get a paint match for our siding. Was difficult to do. Took several tries due to it being a Sherwin Williams original rather than Lowe’s, but Sherwin didn’t get it right when I went to them. So, he was committed to solving the problem. He has years of experience working with paint, and it shows. He was so committed to seeing the issue through that he stayed over after it was his time to leave for the day and even walked outside to compare things in natural light once we started getting closer to the right color. Lowe’s is fortunate to have him. GREAT customer service and deep color/paint knowledge, Bob has! I really appreciated his extra efforts. :)

Crooked Lumber Jokes Aside, nobody is around to help and even self checkout is slow because there's always some kind of issue with your purchase

The Lowe's Labyrinth: A Frustrating Foray into Home Improvement Purgatory (Roswell, GA)
Let me preface this by saying I'm a passionate DIY enthusiast. Tackling home improvement projects brings me a sense of accomplishment, and a well-stocked hardware store is my Mecca. However, my recent pilgrimage to the Lowe's in Roswell, GA was less of a holy experience and more of a frustrating descent into disorganization and disappointment.
Where's Waldo? But Make it Screws:
The first hurdle was navigating the labyrinthine aisles. Finding specific items felt like solving a poorly designed scavenger hunt. Aisle signage seemed like an afterthought, and the few employees I encountered were either equally lost or mysteriously unavailable. My request for help locating drywall anchors turned into a 15-minute odyssey that ended with an exasperated associate pointing me in the vague direction of "probably over by lumber."
Inventory in Name Only:
Even after conquering the navigational nightmare, the promised land often yielded barren shelves. Half the items on my list were frustratingly absent, replaced by empty displays or lonely pegboard hooks mocking my need for a decent faucet cartridge. Is the Roswell Lowe's perpetually understocked, or do good products simply vanish into the Lowe's abyss?
Subpar Selection: A Symphony of Disappointment
The remaining inventory offered another layer of disappointment. The advertised "quality brands" felt suspiciously lightweight and flimsy. Paint cans looked like they'd survived a toddler's art attack, and the lumber selection resembled warped driftwood more than sturdy building materials.
A Broken Promise of Home Improvement Bliss
The Lowe's experience in Roswell is the antithesis of what a home improvement store should be. It's a chaotic maze devoid of helpful staff, plagued by stock shortages, and stocked with questionable quality products. This Lowe's location not only fails to inspire DIY dreams, it actively crushes them under the weight of disorganization and disappointment.
Final Verdict: Avoid at All Costs
Unless you enjoy existential dread while searching for subpar zip ties, I strongly advise steering clear of the Lowe's on in Roswell. There are better options out there, places that value clear aisles, knowledgeable staff, and a well-stocked inventory of quality goods. Do your DIY dreams a favor and skip this frustrating Lowe's location altogether.

Waited for 40 minutes to have a toilet brought to the front of the store after ordering it online. Store associate was very rude initially but when I made it crystal clear that I was not going to take his attitude he changed his tune. Ended up being helpful and courteous in the end but the initial attitude was out of control.

Very helpful and friendly staff with a welcoming attitude. 5% off any purchase, any day, is a plus. No minimum purchase required. I find they have better prices than home Depot and they make you feel welcome instead of feeling like a nuisance asking questions at Home Depot.

Ordered 4 doors March 15th, supposed to be ready for pick up April 1st. I finally went into the store after 3 attempts to call them, 2 of those times people answered and immediately hung up. The other time no one answered. They lost the 4 doors. My construction project is on hold indefinitely. I've already been there today in-person. I've just called 3 more times and been on hold for 50 minutes total, can't get ahold of ANYONE. Do not bother coming to this Lowe's ever, definitely don't bother calling, no one will answer. Don't use their millworks department, no one will answer you.

Always easy in an out and usually have what I need - I love using the app in-store to find stuff - very easy if you haven’t tried and you can use the mobile site if you don’t have the app - game changer at a big box store
