I saw an under counter refrigerator on sale that I wanted. The associate behind the register with the large "we install" sign told me they did not install the unit. I pointed out the sign and he said he did not know what to charge for the installation. He called someone and then pronounced it was $79. I asked whether it included hauling the old appliance away and was told it did not. Another associate had told me that they bought a refrigerator there and paid $70 to have it delivered, installed, and the old one hauled away. I asked why they couldn't do it for the same price (or even $79) for the smaller appliance. James (a manager) explained that the full size refrigerators come from different locations ...(yada yada). He concluded that they do not offer that and will not do it! I did not buy the thing I wanted. :(

I had a great experience at Lowe's Alpharrtta last night. After trying a couple other stores, I learned 6pm is too late to start shopping for projects. But at this Lowe's, I was able to get six sets of blinds trimmed and closet shelving cut. Everyone was really friendly and helpful.

I have sent several feedback emails and don’t want to go into everything that went wrong when ordering my vanity. Customer Service was not knowledgeable or helpful when having to reorder my damaged vanity. The manager never showed up at customer service to help. In the end, there were three heroes at this store who understood what I needed. Brent Bill and Kevin went above and beyond to help. It is only because of those three that I will continue to be a Lowe’s customer.If you order a large item and it’s agreed to bring it upstairs and open before accepting delivery, my experience is that the delivery crew just said no. Seriously, they said no and left. But Kevin made a trip to my home to open the box and inspect the vanity.I’m not sure I’d buy anything big at this store again but for regular shopping I will because of Brent Bill and Kevin.

WHY do I continue to go to this store???? Mostly because it is never busy and you can usually get in and out quickly. Quickly if you don't need any associate to help you that is.On Saturday early afternoon, I stopped in to pick up a few things for a project. I needed a 4' x 8' sheet of plywood cut - ugh. Three different associates put out calls for a specialist to assist me - only one of three came back to see if I ever got help. I saw a dozen vests walking around and no one even cared to ask if I needed anything. 20+ minutes of waiting and nada. I finally gave up and went to Home Depot. Once at Home Depot - there was someone there to help almost before I asked. Even though they were busy, I got better service than an empty Lowes.

Rodney, the store MGR saved the day. I was not happy with the customer service i received and he 100% turned that experience into a positive one. I appreciate his thoughfulness and professionalism.

Very poor service in the paint department. They had remodeled and moved everything around since the last time we came in for paint three weeks ago. Employee first ignored us when I tried asking question. When I finally got her attention and she stopped staring at her phone, she seemed dismayed when I asked her to show us where they had moved the paint that we needed for outdoor stucco. It took longer than usual for her to mix the color, and she allowed other customers to interrupt when she was supposed to be serving us. This place is normally better, but certainly not today.

Customer service in this store is top--notch! I got a delivery from Lowe's yesterday of a porch bistro set. It got great reviews. I opened the box and the first thing I took out was a bent bistro table top. I called right away and was assured it would be picked up asap and exchanged. I decided to go into the store and see if they could put one together for me before delivering it so I know all parts were ok. I talked to Mike who sought out Keven who he said should be able to help me. Kevin was amazing! He took my cell phone number and said he would call me and let me know what could be done. He called about an hour later and told me someone would put together a new set for me, deliver it, and pick up the defected one, all in one trip. He was the most pleasant and helpful associate I have ever come in contact with. I wasn't having an especially good day, but Kevin turned it around for me. Made me feel so good that he cared enough to go "above and beyond." I told him I have never had such good customer service and he told me I deserved great customer service. Kuddos to Mike also who sought out Kevin for me.

After considerable research, bought a gas grill here. Associate had to go to the bank and get one in a box. No issues finding one. No complaints from the associate. Smooth process.

Zero customer service - Appliance department is apparently deaf and refuse to answer phones. If you ask for store manager response isthere is none available or none in the store and we will have someone call (they did not by the way,) or simply a hang up in your ear. call the national customer care number waiting time right now 30-60 minutes! currently on hold for 38 minutes! 48 hours appliance return policy is laughable joke because you will NEVER get anyone on the phone to execute the return. GO TO HOME DEPOT, Appliance Mart, BEST BUY, BRANDS MART, anywhere else!! Not worth the grief.

We were asking an employee named Harry for assistance with making sure a product was in stocks and he just kept telling us to look in the isle. It was Ring camera and they only keep the papers to bring to check out. We showed him the one we were looking for online with the sku and he still kept sending us to the isle to look for it there. They keep them BEHIND customer service.

If management is looking for reasons why revenue keeps declining, don't blame Amazon or online shopping. Poor customer service and lack of interest to assist. Came in to buy an outdoor light fixture. Couldn't get anyone to help me. The aisle looks disorganized and chaotic. The sign above says outdoor but all items underneath say for interior. Left for Home Depot which is slightly better but in general will continue to avoid box stores.

I was standind ar the ceiling fan's aisle for more then 5 minutes waiting for help no one showed up. I asked customer service to page someone which they did twice still no one came. After 15 minutes I asked to see a manager to let him or her know about the situation and I was told that she was busy and it will take time for her to see me. This is unacceptable so I looked up the same model on Amazone which I found for a little less than Lowe's, ordered it and will receive it next day. No wonder why customers turn to Amazone for their purchases.

Do not buy appliances at this Lowes. Went in to buy a freezer, took with me in my truck and got home and was paying bills later in day. Saw they had charged be twice.... yes, two charges for same item. Went back to request credit. None given, they need to "research." Next day, a deliver truck shows up with another freezer, which I declined. One month later, four visits to Lowes, six calls to corporate where I was told someone will get back with me within two days , and I'm still waiting. no credit, no response.
