Whatever you’re buying in this store, make sure it doesn’t need approval at checkout, because personnel is nowhere to be found. I had to leave my stuff and went to Home Depot.

Lowe's uses misleading sales tactics and when this is pointed out to management they act uninterested. On April 5 of this year I purchased a a container.I gave my card to the cashier, she asked if I had a painting company. I replied no. Her response, just answer a few questions and I will give you the discount.Turns out I did not get said discount, instead it was a plot to get me their credit card Had I been asked if I wanted a credit card I would have said no.
To make things worse, I now have a questionable charge for a second purchase and the card company is charging me multiple late charges. When I went to the store, the manager was not available and the assistant manager came out. Not once did she demonstrate any concern, or instead, from start to finish she looked at me with disdain and gave me an 800 number.Her name is Dri. She refused to provide a last name.

The prices are comparable to the competitor big box store. You actually get help here. Vs, other stores where you have to chase down help. In one visit I was approached asking for assistance 3Xs.

Clearly Lowe's doesn't like contractors, 45 mins for a phone sale, this is why we work with Home Depot, not like the"pro business" desk was busy with 2 customers at 8:35am. If it weren't for 1 product we had to have for a job we wouldn't be wasting our time at this store

Went to Lowe’s today to pick up a bathroom faucet and Jeff was most helpful! He escorted me to the proper section in the store and even took the time to help me pick out the correct one. He was so patient and nice. Great guy!

I've completed 6 homes and have 3 homes under construction. I've spent less that 10k at this store. Most of my purchases are doene at home depot. Even though homedepot is further from my job sites it's easier to shop at for pro's than lowes.

Staff is very courteous and despite raining they helped me to load the garden soil and several other bags into my car. Definitely will visit again for my spring projects.

This Lowe’s takes such good care of their flowers. They really treat it like a nursery… Marge, Sasha, and Ana (one more lady short with short hair) are absolutely Amazing at keeping that Garden center top notch! I have a Flower business and I find everything I need as well as the tips there share…Thanks Ladies! : )
