Went to the L’occitane Store located in Alpharetta, Ga. Love the product and had come to purchase my favorite Shea Butter body cream. I don’t get to a store often and wanted to browse around. The salesperson was all over me, showing me different product, constantly chatting. It was a terrible experience! I did purchase my lotion but couldn’t wait to get out of the store! I spent $80. But would have probably spent more if I were allowed to browse without all the distractions from the salesperson.

The staff was so nice to each other and to us. They had products that would be perfect gifts and also nice treats for yourself. They even have a sustainability section where you can return your containers. I hope people make use of that!

This store, the manager, and the employees are simply incredible. Starting with the manager, Mirella, we were simply overwhelmed by her knowledge, care, and generosity. She took the time to help me and my wife find a birthday gift and let us test a lot of products. She showed us the face scanner that they have to check on what's happening with our skin and overall was very helpful without being pushy! We left without purchasing because we were unsure of how scents might play as a gift but she was so kind and gave us samples so that we could ask our gift giftee ideas about what they liked. Overall, she was simply a breath of fresh air to our tough day! It was an incredible experience! Thank you Mirella!!

I typically visit & purchase from L'Occitane Avalon location. However, on Monday when I visited the Avalon location after12:30pm it was closed. The lights were out & no sign on the door. I was highly disappointed. I took my lunch break to drive to Avalon only to be confronted with a closed door. If the store closes for lunch a sign should have been placed on the door indicating when the employee or employees plan to return. A form of communication should have been available to customers. I could not wait because I had no idea when the store was going to open up. I wasted my time & gas coming to this location.

L'Occitane en Provence is located in the Avalon and offers luscious French soaps, lip balms, oils, and fragrances. The service has been consistently excellent everytime I visit. I love their cherry blossom fragrance line and shower oil. The free birthday box is always a sweet gift for my birthday!

Very friendly. Love the remodeled store. Definitely recommend for gift to family, friend, or colleagues.They got a new vending machine that looks like it dispense shampoo or conditioner. So you can reuse your bottles. Last time I went I couldn't use their new vending machine but I am excited to give it a try later. Environmentally friendly and looks easy to use.
