Wow I’m the 94th ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review and I can completely understand why.
Same day courier service - 50$ for delivery is justified when it took the courier 90 minutes to get it me and I’m sure even longer back as he was heading away from Atlanta.
Great customer service on the phone as well, wish I could remember her name!
If you need medical equipment in the Atlanta area, call them first!
(I didn’t. I went to Amazon first. The 3rd party seller who stated delivery would be by Monday 7 am….i logged in around noon and at that time delivery was to be Thursday 10pm.
Compared to amazon, BTW, here is my glowing review- found the prices better even with the courier service!!! Thank you so much!

Rob came into the store on the 4th of July for me to pick up a mask for my wife on his day off. She is currently in the hospital in labor and delivery when her mask broke. If not for him she would not be getting the rest that she needs. I will definitely be getting our supplies here from now on.

Am currently working w a local Sleep Clinic - had a sleep study and need a CPAP machine. I find the local sleep clinic to be extremely difficult to work with and spoke w Leslie this am and she was sooo much more helpful and knowledgeable than anyone I’ve spoken with at the clinic. I wish Local CPAP took insurance- I’d go there in a minute based upon my conversation w/ Leslie.

I have had sleep apnea since 2004 and have been using a CPAP machine since then.
Until I visited Local CPAP, I had not truly realize how little I knew about the CPAP machines and masks. Sleep doctors obviously know about sleep apnea. Many do not know how to utilize the masks effectively.
It's a wonder I am still alive!
Liz from the Alpharetta office was very knowledgeable in helping me learn more about masks and the appropriate water to use for the machines. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
I would strongly recommend anyone who needs to obtain new supplies and information about CPAP devices to contact Local CPAP.

Super kind and patient. Went out of her way to help me on the telephone on a busy day. Probably the best customer service anywhere of any sort I have had in the last 3 years. Incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant. These folks are totally worthy of community support and patronage.

LocalCPAP in Alpharetta are the best. I’ve been getting my CPAP supplies from there for years. Liz helped me out a number of times. She is very courteous and professional. We discuss the different equipment options and determine which CPAP equipment works best for me. She is very knowledgeable and has provided me with her knowledge and CPAP usage insights. It is always a pleasure to work with her in fulfilling my CPAP equipment needs. On a sidenote I am really happy that I bought the PAP Clean appliance from them. It makes cleaning my CPAP mask and hose so easy.

I was in town for a few nights & I had forgot to pack my CPAP hose & mask. I realized this on a Saturday afternoon & called the first store that showed up in my search. I spoke with Rob who informed me that the store was closed at that time & that he was on his way home, but he told me how to order what I needed online & personally went to the store & packaged it up & told me where I could come pick it up despite the fact that it was during his off time. That type of customer service is extremely rare now a days. I greatly appreciate Rob & the Local CPAP team. I highly recommend this store if you in the Metro Atlanta Area if you need anything CPAP related!

Tried to do a warranty replacement with an F&P mask that broke after 1 night but they refused to help because I didn’t purchase it from them even though Fisher and Paykel were more than eager to assist. Local Cpap refused to assist and only offered to sell me a new mask. If this is how they treat potential customers I will take my business elsewhere
