Wait time is very unreasonable. Of course when you leave based on an inability to wait 45 mins even before your 30 min appt , u WILL loose your deposit/hold fee

They were very kind and patient with my mom, who is particular.They had a great selection of wigs. They also worked with my mom's budget.She is very happy with her new purchase.She went to a shower this past weekend, and people thought her wig was her real hair!Thank you ♥️

My mom and visited LNY salon today to purchase her first high quality hair piece and our experience could not have been more fantastic! Kathleen guided us through the whole process and made it so much fun! Kathleen is attentive and knows what she is doing when it comes to selecting the right style and color for you. I never post a negative review.I purchased a Remy wig. It took approximately six weeks three weeks for the first one. The other ones came much quicker because the color was wrong. The staff was pleasant but when the third one came in that was the correct color I asked for the box and they cut the tag and they said no. When I spend a lot of money for some thing I expect to have it put in the box of the brand not in basically a shirt box, it makes me feel like there might be a knock off on the brand I called they were very nice but I’m not satisfied with the explanation .Also, on the first visit, I purchased the $600 wig and there was a line for a tip. I asked the sales person if that’s normal since I’ve never been asked for a tip for someone to assist in the purchase of a wig and she said, yes, sales person was very pleasant, but in my estimation, that was her job, she didn’t cut a wig. She just showed wigs.The review wasn't based on just the box... after waiting for almost 3 weeks I asked about canceling the order and I was told that was not an option after trying the wig on I asked about not keeping the wig and again was told not an option.I did purchase a wig from you before that I also never wore but was willing to give you another chance ( the company I usually bought from did not survive Covid) so I have another wig that I will not wear I just settled, that's on me but that is why the review was a 2.

A friend and I went in to try on a few wigs and had a lovely time. The only but is that I would have liked to have known that there is a $25.00 consultation fee, which was not mentioned over the phone when I made the appointment, nor is it mentioned on their website.

What a great experience!! I was nervous to shop for my first wig, but Kathleen made me feel not only comfortable, but beautiful. She answered all my questions and put me at ease. She patiently tried multiple wig options, pointing out the pros and cons of each one for me.I highly recommend and will be a repeat customer.

I could not have envisioned a more caring and loving experience! I walked in without an appointment and burst into tears over needing to find a wig as a result of hair loss. The first face I saw was Kathleen and she was like an angel. She didn't give me the "I'm so sorry" or "It will be okay" platitudes. She simply offered me a hug and said, "okay, let's do this!". Gently and with great concern, we sat down and tried on a few favorites. The very first one she picked was THE one, but she let me test almost every style and color in the shop - and there are a TON! She gathered her co-workers for second opinions and even checked stock on a color I wanted. We ended up actually laughing as they loved me through it! As we settled on the best option, Kathleen showed me how to style and care for my new hair. I LOVE IT! Kathleen, you are what women supporting women is all about. Thank you. THANK YOU. Thank you.
