LT is one of my favorite places to shop and I’ll drive all the way from the city to come here. I was in a pinch a few days ago looking for a last minute dress for a wedding and the store GM Kayla and one of her employees, Jordan could not have been more helpful. Not only did I find a dress that I love but they also suggested other items that they thought I would like based on my style and our conversations… and I can be picky! They got me different sizes and were just so friendly and accommodating. They really enjoy what they do and you can tell that they just have fun helping customers find the right outfits for them and feeling their best. I highly recommend going to this location. Great experience!

I have been shopping at this LT store for quite sometime, but lately the store seems different in a good way! The salesgirls are so sweet and helpful, and they always help me find something I love when I stop by. I will definitely be back soon!

Greetings! I so wish this was a complimentary review, but unfortunately it is not. My wife and I reside between The Avalon and Halcyon. Today’s weather was absolutely gorgeous so my wife mentioned going to Avalon to get some ice cream. The Avalon is one of our favorite venues. However, today I suggested “Let’s go to Halcyon” so off we went. The second store we visited was Lizard Thicket. As we entered there were three staff members, one was checking out a client and the other two were on the floor. I happen to be 6’9 weighing 250lbs (easily noticeable) so there is no excuse NOT to be greeted/acknowledged. We were not. The sad thing is my lovely wife is a shopaholic and there were two garments that really caught our attention. But since simple customer service at least with us was not shown I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. Very disappointed with our first impression of Lizard Thicket.

Customer service was non-existent. Walked in with my husband, as it was his idea. Not only were we not greeted, but an employee seemingly straightening up, looked straight at me without a word and went on to greet another customer. I could easily say there was a factor of discrimination, but that’s too easy. I’ll just stick to lack of customer service, which should include all facets. In customer service your traits should cater to all regardless of demographics. Hopefully this is read and taken constructively and not as a dig. I work in retail, and understand the everyday stressors, but never have I displayed discontent to any of my customers.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Lizard Thicket location, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable customer service. The selection of clothing and accessories is exquisite, with unique and stylish pieces that you won't find anywhere else. The quality of their products is top-notch, and the attention to detail in the store's decor creates a delightful shopping atmosphere. I left with a fantastic outfit that I absolutely love. If you're looking for a boutique that offers both exceptional fashion and a wonderful shopping experience, this is the place to go. I give it a solid 5 stars!

I always have a fabulous experience visiting Lizard Thicket and this location was no exception! Loved how clean and organized the store was, the staff was super friendly and helped me pick out some great items. Love Lizard Thicket!

The staff were rude and pretentious. Just remember if you're coming here with the advertisement about ongoing sales it's a farce. They refused to sell me a piece that was on sale saying it was not on sale! So just a marketing gimmick.

Walked in the store with my (BLACK)family on June 13 and the lady working the front did not greet nor acknowledge us. The next 2 customers whom were Caucasian received lovely greetings and she even asked if she could help them with anything. I do not recommend this store!!!
