We have had our beautiful leather furniture for almost 5 years, and we could not be happier! It was worth every penny to get high quality furniture - exactly the pieces we want in the leather we want. Mavis helped us with our initial purchase and even created a floor plan so we could pick the correct pieces for our awkward space. We highly recommend Leather Creations!

I decided to purchase a new sofa this year and knew I wanted leather because I have dogs. I started my hunt at Leather Creations and never looked anywhere else. The quality and craftsmanship of their furniture cannot be beat. Lee was a tremendous help in determining what my style preferences are (more traditional as it turns out) and knew exactly which sofa styles to show me that fit the bill. I ended up purchasing the Berkshire! She was also very patient while I was pawing through exotic leather samples for a recliner that I did not intend to buy but absolutely fell in love with! I’ve been a Leather Creations customer for years. Their furniture is excellent quality, comfortable, durable for a family with pets and beautiful.Mavis helped us again with our most recent purchase. We needed a new sofa for our condo. She was so gracious. Spent time with us as we looked at styles, configurations and numerous leather swatches. We found the perfect sofa that is super comfortable, gorgeous and meets our needs.I appreciate the value as this company stands behind their product.

I recently purchased two chairs from Leather Creations. After looking at chain furniture stores I found Leather Creations. I recognized the difference in quality and service immediately. Mavis, the salesperson who helped me, was so knowledgeable about their products and design. I didn’t realize that some types of leather would not hold up well with spills. All in all I found Leather Creations to be the best option for high quality leather furniture.

We started our couch shopping journey at some of the major brands and we were less than impressed. When coming to Leather creation and working with Mavis it was night and day. She was able to walk is through all of the different options and actually explain to us the quality of what we were buying. We ended up with the Tahoe couch and are so excited for it to arrive. When we are ready for a matching love seat we will 100% be coming back!

Lee was very helpful for us in selecting a new couch and chair. The selection at the Alpharetta location was quite nice. And we able to find the perfect set for living room replacing an old outdated brown leather recliner. We are prior customers of leather creations and are very pleased with the build quality and selection of materials.

We just purchased our third Leather Creations seating group because although we have tried one other in between, this is simply the best quality in all aspects. Customer service was great in the Alpharetta store, and in fact Lee was extraordinarily patient with us as we spent a great deal of time making our final decision. We also appreciated her input on the actual furniture versus trying to direct our taste. I literally stood in the store and was recommending the furniture to someone else because I love and trust it so much. We still have our last seating group from Leather Creations which we still love, but it's simply too large for our new space. We can't wait to get delivery of our new order!

Furniture is one of those things where you get what you pay for. Leather Creations has quality furniture and with the ability to refill the batting and change the cushion inserts, your sofas and chairs will last a lifetime if you take proper care of it. Definitely worth the money and the wait! We bought a sofa, two chairs, and an ottoman in 2011 and it still looks amazing and feels brand new after changing the cushion inserts this past year. Having a dedicated and knowledgeable salesperson like Mavis who remembers your preferences and orders even after many years is a testament to good customer service. It's rare to find such personalized attention in larger retail stores. It's always a plus when you can establish a personalized and long-lasting relationship with a store.

I went with my mom a couple of months ago to order a couch! Lee was very helpful in selecting her couch! I loved my moms couch so much, I went and bought the same one! Lee made the process easy and we are super excited for our new couch!

My husband and I recently purchased a leather recliner from LC in Alpharetta. Mavis was our salesperson and was an invaluable asset. We wanted a chair unlike any that we could find on the floor so she went online and found a chair they still make but do not have in their showroom. A wonderful shopping experience. Looking for a replacement for our 20 year old curved wedge sectional we visited a large number of stores in the metro area and could not find exactly what we wanted. Leather Creations came through for us. With the help of both Lee and Mavis, and their efforts on our behalf with the factory, they were able to modify one of their existing pieces to duplicate the specifications we wanted, fabricate a curved wedge and modify the seat cushions. The pricing for the customization was beyond fair. There is even a possibility that they may add our changes to their already large selection of options. They were wonderful to work with, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We expect to be equally satisfied when the new sectional arrives. I’ll update then.

Time to retire our Leather Creations Dearborn from 2007. We drove all the way from intown Atlanta to Alpharetta to see Mavis who did a stellar job of selling us a new Dearborn Sofa, Chair, and Ottoman. She made us aware of the July 4th pricing and we were sold. A great quality product and great knowledgeable service. Excited about out purchase.

The lady in charge of the store was exceptionally nice. She was able to help us with the goal of refurbishing our old sofa that we had previously purchased from them, instead of trying to sell us a new sofa. We did end up buying new cushions for our old sofa and getting some leather refurbishing product. this kind of service builds trust and almost certainly will lead to new sales to us in the future.
