My wife and I often purchase from La Bella Maison. The selection and quality are excellent but more importantly their customer service is 5 Star. Whether purchasing clothing gifts and accessories for my wife or items for the home, the ladies at La Bella are amazing and extremely helpful.

Same issue with their return policy. You can not return earring. And they could have warn when I was paying for them to purchase but they haven't. I wanted to exchange the earrings I bought a day before to a clothing and they were not accommodating exchange either. It is a very poor way of doing business as being a business owner myself, it is not something outrageous to do for a customer to make them regular. I probably would have honored courtesy and make the customer keeps coming back. It is an adorable store so I wanted to keep checking out when I visit Alpharetta downtown but no way. No need for this type of inflexible customer service. So be aware before you purchase.

The staff is friendly, I however tried to return all brand new items with all tags on them and the owner refused. They have a small return policy on their checkout counter that is barely noticeable. A lot of other fun boutiques in Alpharetta to buy from, this type of customer service is poor to say the least!

The women here made me and my family very uncomfortable. They watched us like hawks as we walked through the store and hovered around, acting like we were going to steal. Keep in mind, we were all dressed nicely and not acting strange, there was no reason to follow us around. I really liked a freshwater pearl necklace there, and my family didn’t want me to buy it because of how uncomfortable the workers made us feel. I ended up buying it because it was really pretty, but will never return to this store again.
