I got a LOAD of stuff and I forgot to get some diapers that I forgot to get which was JUST at the row behind me. I told the employee that we had to get some diapers because I forgot them. I told her to make the groceries stay there. After just FIVE minutes I came back and my groceries were gone, even though the exact employee was behind the place where I put the groceries. When I asked her where my groceries were she said to go get them again. I couldn’t even find my lost groceries! So I had to go get them again.

Pay close attention as the cashier scans your items because I have had more than one item scan at a much higher price than advertised on more than one occasion.

Ann at the self checkout. Black lady with an accent. Is VERY abusive to me. She keeps accusing me of stealing and has yelled at me twice. I was at customer service and she came over and yelled as loud as she could "WHAT DO YOU WANT??!!!!" "WHAT DO YOU WANT???!!!" Just over and over again. I walked away and she followed me to the produce section. She is just....yeah abusive.

Will definitely be submitting a complaint to corporate. I have been harassed by Ann, the black lady with an accent (self check out), Lucy in customer service (she has harassed others and is known for not being nice), and Austin, short white guy with buzz cut and glasses. Most of all is Austin. He keeps following us around the store, stares me down and gets physically close to me, and keeps trying to talk to us after we have asked him multiple times to stop. He came in, saw me coming out, and instead of heading in the direction he was already headed, he walked towards me, staring me down the whole time, and got close to me in passing. I am a small woman btw. I always ignore his stares but there's no reason to stare me down, and walk towards me, getting close. I'm just trying to get some bread and vegetables. Today I took a different direction to leave, to avoid him. He saw this and yelled "HAVE A GOOD DAY" at us anyway. Idk if he's trying to antagonize us or what? After being asked to stop speaking to us. Hes harassing us and it's not cute. It wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't every single time we came into the store, and he didn't follow us around. We have asked him to stop speaking to us, and in response he is getting physically close to me and trying to stare me down when I come in. Why? He saw us avoiding him and still harassed us.

This is a poor customer service store. The customer service here thinks everyone is a thug. I walked in and was drinking an aerated water and when I checked out they wanted to charge me. I don't even know if they carry that brand of water. This store.has very slow foot traffic I wonder.if it is a loss leader store.

To whomever stocks the pizzas in this store. You have a wall of frozen pizzas and close to 30 different brands but only 2 gluten free (in the „health“ food section u have 3 more) but none of them are the highly rated Kroger gluten free. Why is that? Not everyone can tolerate gluten.

Never cared for Kroger and today was no exception. Publix so much better from a service and customer focus standpoint. Went in today for a few items. Disengaged almost rude employees. Nothing improved from any prior visits.

Horrible selection on everything. The bakery is a rip off for the poor quality. We ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday. They didn’t look a singles bit like what we saw on the picture. The taste was like a sawdust. Why another Kroger that’s just few miles away is so much better?

Terrible, Awful, Horrible customer service!!! Do you have to be RUDE and grumpy with a frown to work here?? There are two bigger women, with short haircuts, who work here in the checkout area that are an embarrassment to the Kroger establishment. It is very clear they do not want to be there and are miserable human beings. I now avoid this location and will go out of my way to shop at a different store.
