Horrible customer service! Never anyone to help at customer service counter. Employees just walk past you and offer no help. Store is dirty. Very poorly run!

I was discriminated against by the store manager alicia. After asking a cashier for help, alicia was witnessed by another customer as well(that happened to be a white woman) telling the cashier not to assist me with finding a product. When the manager alicia was questioned by me and the witness, alicia apologized to the witness who was white but did not offer any apology me. Plus when I asked the manager alicia if she felt justified in her actions, she stated "yes." I filed a complaint with corporate and I will not be returning to this location again.

The cashier Leticia is absolutely horrible. She has an attitude every time I go into this Kroger. Avoid this Nasty human being.

Went to the pharmacy and needed a prescription filled before I went to work, which was about an hour. A really nice Indian gentleman in the pharmacy, I think his name was Serif, I am fairly certain that it started with an S. He was doing the pick up area Then I asked him if it would be quicker (because I had people in front of me that were doing insurance paperwork) to go to the little window outside. They have a walk-up window. And, he just kind of motioned me over and said to come over to his line and he would help me. He actually got me in and out in an hour. He was just super nice and you know everyone else there are a joy to do business with. I so enjoy going to that pharmacy. They're quick and they're pleasant!

Placed a pick up order to be picked up on 3/15. When I showed up at the pick up time I was told it would not be ready before they closed that night and that I needed to come back the next day and I would get a $15 credit for the trouble. My order was completely cancelled before I could pick it up the next day, leaving me needing to reorder.

The worst customer service on the planet! Bad attitudes everywhere from cashier (Leticia) to Customer Service (Leticia) to Store Manager. THE WORST! I have been shopping here for over 16+ years and the service continues to get worse! How is this possible? FYI: Tanya (the former store manager) ran the store like a wiz!

I have been shopping at the Kroger on Crabapple for over 26 years. My shopping experience has continuously deteriorated over the course of these years. Customer service has gone from good to OK to bad. Now it is a 3rd world experience. Today I tried to purchase Coke Zero 2L bottles using a digital coupon that I had previously clipped online but not yet used. The coupon was for max of 5 bottles for $1.49 each. When I entered my Alt ID at the self-checkout, the price did not reflect the discounted sale/coupon price. When I told the ‘helper’ lady at the self-checkout about the matter, she had a look on her face that I was trying to scam her and ask me to prove it in the Kroger app that I had actually clipped the coupon. When I told her that I do not have or use the Kroger app, she told me outright that she could not do anything about it. I then asked for a manager who gave some push back but eventually did a manual price adjustment. But the interaction with the lady and the manager left me feeling like I did something wrong. Well, if that is the way Kroger is going to treat their customers by implying that they are trying to get away with something, then I will vote with my dollars and take my business elsewhere. This ‘helper’ is definitely not helping Kroger’s business.

Stopped in today and the Caucasian guy refused to speak or assist me at the self checkout. I’m an employee of Kroger at a different location and it’s absolutely sad that they hire ppl that behave this way. Every Caucasian person that passed by coming or going he spoke to but not one POC! I would love to hear from a manager at this location!

It good has a lot of free parking, but there are not a lot of checkout lanes open at one time and the scanners sometimes do not scan right.

I’d recommend Publix instead until they can figure out how to staff their store properly. There should always be at least one checkout lane open. Self-checkout works for people with 10ish items, not nearly 100. Meanwhile the manager just stood there. Do better Kroger, do better.
