I filled up at this Kroger Fuel Center on my way to nearby RiverPines Golf. This Kroger Fuel Center was fine. This Kroger grocery store and gas station is located in the Haynes Market shopping center at the intersection of Haynes Bridge Rd and Old Alabama Rd in Alpharetta / Johns Creek. There's a Publix and BP across the street. This Kroger Fuel Center has 8 pumps - pretty typical size for the Kroger Fuel Centers I've come across in metro Atlanta. Since they're adjacent to grocery stores, Kroger Fuel Centers don't have full-fledged convenience stores. Instead, they have staffed kiosks that sell a very limited selection of items like snacks, drinks, ice, cigarettes, and lottery tickets.Kroger Fuel Centers have reasonable gas prices after Kroger Plus Card discount. You earn 1 fuel point for every $1 you spend at Kroger. You save 10 cents per gallon for every 100 points you redeem. Kroger Fuel Points are a nice, free benefit. Boost members earn double fuel points, but pay a membership fee (Plus is free). You can view your Kroger Fuel Points balance using the Kroger app. If you're having trouble scanning your Kroger Plus Card barcode at the gas pump (I've never been able to get the digital barcodes on my phones to scan), enter your Alternate ID using the keypad. If you don't have an Alternate ID, you can create one using the Kroger app -- go to your Plus Card and tap "View Card Details." Once scanned/entered, prices at the pump automatically drop.During my visit to this Kroger Fuel Center location on an ordinary Saturday around 10:50am, it was comfortably busy. I'd return if I needed gas in this area again. It's convenient to several golf courses: Country Club of Roswell, Rivermont Golf Club, Country Club of the South, and the aforementioned RiverPines.

My husband made an appointment for vaccines and proceeded to wait 25 minutes past the appointment time to be seen for his shots. I walked in for my vaccines at a different Kroger nearby and only had to wait 20 minutes. What's the point of the appointment if they don't start prepping until the actual appointment time? Booo

I’ve been a customer at this location for the last 4 years… and yesterday was the last time.My wife has just gotten out of surgery, and is in a lot of pain. I had to personally drive to Atlanta to pick up a prescription for pain medication, I brought it to this Kroger pharmacy and was told to come back to pick it up at 5:30pm. Upon trying to pick up the medication, I was informed they couldn’t fill it because they couldn’t verify the prescriber (it was prescribed my the my wife’s surgeon). And the doctors office was closed because it took them hours to discover this. Not knowing what to do, I went across the street to Walgreens and they filled it within 15 minutes.I’m done bringing my business to this location…

The Old Alabama Rd store manager is so unprofessional with bad attitude. I drop in my prescription over a month ago, today I try to pick up my prescription and was told have to wait for two months. It is ridiculous

I've used this Kroger pharmacy for almost 13 years. It's been very convenient and for the most most part staff have been helpful, particularly Beeta, and friendly and the prescriptions done early or on time. I'm posting a concern here because I can't locate on the Kroger site where to provide feedback on the pharmacy. My concern is that newer/current older man who is the tech who mans the outdoor pick up window is hard of hearing and this caused a big mix with me being told a script was never called in and after calling my doctor and talking to the pharmacist, it turns out he misheard me and thought I was asking for a different one. He got impatient and was like "I told you to have your doctor call it in, we cannot fill it," during the confusion. He also mixed up my sons birthdate on two different occasions. This causes shouting out your personal info in public so he can hear it correctly. In the meantime, I will be going into the store from now on. However, I find this concerning, there's no room for error in a pharmacy. A hearing impaired person should not be trying to communicate through a window and not very good speaker. I may see if I can speak to the current pharmacist. My daughter experience similar communication issues and felt she got an impatient attitude due to this gentleman not hearing her correctly.

This is my favorite pharmacy. They are always quick and helpful. They accept GoodRx coupons.

They refused to honor a GoodRx coupon. I moved a prescription there because of the Coupon. They said it was a GoodRx problem and not theirs. I have never had this problem elsewhere. They act like they are doing me a favor just filling my prescription.

The pharmacist had an argument with my husband as a result they did not fill in my toddlers prescription based on the same last name..two days later we had to take that prescription to walgreens.. very unprofessional... refusing to fill in a prescription because of a tiff? Does the pharmacy belong to the pharmacist to bring in personal vendatta?
